It’s been working for many people so it’s a server setup thing. My plugin doesn’t know your site is under http://www.bugalux.com/stseprounoforg/ or simply the domain to use, it gets confused 
Can you make the image accessible (I think there is a hotlinking prevention going on). The fact that it’s on a different domain should not be a problem for the pulling timthumb. Anyway what is the url in the WordPress settings, wp-admin/options-general.php WP address and Site url?
You might need me to customize it for the server setup by hardciding the correct path.
Hi again! I red troubleshooting guide in the documentation, checked permissions – OK. I use this shortcode [justified_image_grid preset=12 ids=89,90,91 thumbs_spacing=1 row_height=200 animation_speed=300 height_deviation=20 min_height=200 margin=0 limit=11 hidden_limit=100 max_rows=2] I have no idea. Test site is ok. If I use [gallery] with those ids, images are on the screen. So, they are OK and accessable. Please help! Best regards. Sergios
Are you using hostgator? Anyway can you ask your hosting’s support about this? I think it’s a server configuration error. Send them that link I’ve pasted here.

I’v just bought your plugin. On my test site it works perfect out of the box. But on my real site i got just empty space instead gallery. I’v check all things in FAQ, but unsuccessful. Please help! This is the page where should be gallery. www.stseprounof.org/namibia/

Do not click the link but copy it and paste it into the URL bar (hotlinking protection will catch it otherwise).
This should show the image, here is the error. Check your permissions on the Timthumb tab of the settings, try 777. If it doesn’t work, try setting them manually on timthumb.php, and the /cache folder and its contents (chmod, via FTP). Also check out the troubleshooting guide in the documentation. The FAQ here is only some extra.

I want to show only one row, with max 4 images. But the images should change from the 80 pic count gallery by random. Is this possible??

Hi!
It’s orderby=rand
but it’ll randomize what you see, the most recent 4, not all 80. It only randomizes the display, not how they get pulled. Anyway you could try setting up a hidden_limit and setting it to 80. That would grab 76 more but hide them. Then the random would work on the 80, essentially displaying different ones when reloading. Hidden limit is normally used for something else, but this is worth a try. Let me know if this worked.

I love your gallery, but I am a bit disappointed to find that it is not possible to show PRIVATE photo sets from Flickr which is what I purchased the item for. Any plans for adding this feature in a future release?
It is considered for a later update, but it is not coming soon.
Just a feature request: Pull photos from Instagram and Twitter using a hashtag or username.
I’d love to dump the two plugins I’m currently using to do that so that I could have a unified look on my site.

Instagram is considered, twitter is a bit vague, as the images posted there could be hosted anywhere and possibly other people’s property no?
Both Instagram and Twitter are public by default. Unless tweets are protected, anyone can see them.
Twitter’s hosted pic service is pic.twitter.com so starting with supporting that is great.

It’s compatible with CloudFlare! I don’t know other CDNs that it’s compatible with.
Hello! I just purchased Justified this morning and have been working on implementing it into my site. I am able to pull up the pictures and use the different presets, however I can NOT figure out how to make the images span the entire website page like they are doing in your sample pages. They are only covering half of my page right now. Can you please help! Thank you!
The grid will take up its parent element’s width. If you send me a link I can tell you what’s going on. You’ll need to make some adjustments to the theme.
scratch that got past that.. now I’m stuck after I got facebook setup getting this error on wordpress 3.5
Your jQuery version (1.6.4) is old, this plugin needs at least 1.7, please go to the plugin settings and choose another jQuery source. If this does not work then your theme or a plugin is not using WordPress best practices and forces the loading of an old version. In that case contact the author of Justified Image Grid.

I just bought this plugin and like it very much so far. I’m having some trouble with the photoswipe lightbox on IOS though. The Caption and toolbar in the lightbox are displayed about 3/4 off the screen. Both on Ipad 4 and Iphone 5 running IOS 6.0.1. Any suggestions? Thanks
Check for CSS conflicts with that plugin. Since I’m not the developer of PhotoSwipe I can’t offer you support for that plugin.
