Let’s imagine the situation:

1. The site uses Stripe

2. There is a free trial package, its validity is one month.

3. After this free trial package expires, the user can unsubscribe from this free trial package and resubscribe again, and so on ad infinitum.

P.S. I just did a test with my test account with a free trial package, in which I reached the end of the trial period.

Your listed situation is not correct to start with, there is no option to setup a free plan valid for only for 1 month, as stated in your image it a monthLY plan, hence will be renewed automatically every month and valid forever for free until they subscribe to a better plan. You can either avoid creating free plans if you are afraid of providing free credits to your users to test, or set it up to be very limited from feature and credits perspective so that they will be motivated to upgrade.

In the near future we will introduce an option to setup free plans valid for set days only, and they will not be able to re-apply for that.

Free trial package is not limited per 1 month. It is simply unlimited, hence the name free.

Limited time free trial package will come in future updates.

Your support case is still under our SLA time, don’t worry. We have plenty of time still as stated in the Support tab above. Your case will be cleared based on the queue. Average waiting time is around 1-2 days.

I think I found a bug, Every time you update the custom template, the script adds the cy5gy-icon class to the icon field in addition to its existing value. To prevent this, you need to modify the script to first remove the existing class (if any) before adding the new class.

The issue likely occurs in the store and update methods of your CustomTemplateController

I have a question about the custom template, so I figured out that in the custom prompt answer you put: ”###input-field-1###” to reference that for the OpenAI API chat call, but does that also work for the text field input like this: ”###textarea-field-1###” because I’m trying to do it but it comes up in the output of the text. Also so the second following input field we do like this: ”###input-field-2###” I don’t see this in the documentation?

Don’t include random input placeholders (there is no such thing as ###textarea-field-1### in the script for a field value), watch the demo video in the product description, there we show a live demo of the custom template creation with explanation of each field.

Hi, as an admin I am subscribed to one of the plans where it should manage the Chat with GPT-4 and the templates with GPT-3.5. This is how i set up this plan. Now, the template seems actually managed by 3.5 but i am also quite sure the Chat are on 3.5 too. I can see from the very fast speed and from the answers quality. Also, when i ask my chatbot to tell me which version of GPT he is, he answers GPT-3. Is this an error or I do something wrong? I’m sure of my settings, because it is very simple to set up and i am quite sure it is not working.

You can check backend code, starting from v2.7 update, AI Chat is using either GPT3.5 or GPT4 depending which one you set in your subscription plan. Asking chat on which model he is using will not provide you an answer as all their information is up to Sep 2021, no GTP3.5 or GPT4 existed that time and it will always return a response as GPT3 unless connected to the internet (a feature that will come soon)

as I told you, for this plan i set up GPT-3.5 for templates and GPT-4 for AI Chat. I don’t have evidence but i really think the AI Chat is on GPT-3.5 anyway. I guess this from the quality of the answers (easy to recognize it i think) and from the speed. GPT3.5 is very fast, where GPT4 is slower. Now, what you mean with check backend code?

GPT4 is not that slow for text streaming, we have tested in during update development. If you are good with PHP you can verify the backend code if you have doubts about which model being used for AI Chat. It is stated in the ChatController

Are you aware that images generated don’t have pagination in the latest version? Or is it an error in my installation?

Hi,

There are no pagination anymore, instead there is an infinite scroll with auto download and populate to save users bandwidth and improve overall performance experience. Simply scroll down and if you have more images it will download them as you scroll.
