I have one more question before I click the Buy button.

Does the plugin allow me to set up a subscription plan link to my custom price table button, or does it force me to use its own native price table?

You can select the membership plan as per passed the Plan ID from the URL so you can add custom pricing table according to your requirements.

I understand and believe. I just wonder, by the time you have added more payment gateways, why the Pro-rata feature has still not been implemented after over six years. I have happily been using this plugin for a few years now. The other day, the site was down for a few days. During those days, users payments failed to be charged because the system was down. Later I found out that the site deleted those users’ accounts because they “failed” to pay. Now I am getting lots of complaints because they can no longer access their accounts. Why does the system simply removes their account and leaves no history or record of their accounts when they fail a payment?

Membership plan may temporary suspended due to payment data not received successfully on your website due to your website was down. So, for that, ARMember does provide a facility to re-activate membership plan from the ARMember -> Manage Members page at action buttons, click on “Manage Plans” and click on “Activate Plan” icon. So, membership plan will be activated again and their next payment will continue too.

As I understand from your request you want to allow members WooCommerce download item when purchase membership plan if so then, unfortunately it will not possible. ARMember does provide a WooCommerce support like when WooCommerce product purchase then, you can assign membership plan.

Also, if you want to allow digital download item access on membership plan purchase then, ARMember does provide a Digital Download addon which you can allow member to access download item based on member having membership plan.

Hello I am currently using the lite version of the plugin, and I really like it, my question is if with the pro version of the plugin you can place a search section or search filters on another page different than the directory page. For example, I want to place a section highlighting the directory page on the home page and from there the user can search the directory, there is this shortcode?

Regarding add filters only, ARMember does provide a facility to search with custom field so it will display with the member list and custom filters accordingly to your requirements but unfortunately it will not possible to add filters on different page and then redirect to the listing page after search.

armember offers a lot of shortcut options. But the main shortcut is missing. How to create shortcut for user’s first name?

Restrict Content shortcode will allow you to restrict the content partially based on member logged in, non logged in and member having membership plans according to your requirements.

You can able to achieve give unique number to member by admin so admin can add/edit their unique number. It will not automatically add unique number to member account on signup.
