Please check ur latest file in envato, maybe you not include the text streaming function in 2.6 because i fresh install from 2.6 also update to 2.7 and do exact step by step upgrade, also check in php info my output_buffering is ready set to On or try 4096, the text streaming still not running. Refer to the changelog, there were no changes in the text streaming feature of the script, make sure your openai api key is valid and didn’t reach any limits. Otherwise open a support request to have a closer look.

As you can see form logs, it fails to get method GET. But I need to note that GET method is allowed and works as expected, you may see here:

The issue still persists. I suppose some settings in .htaccess file or domain itself prevent method to work. I suggest you clarify it with the developer of the website and review the content of all .htaccess.

We know the logos but, we don’t know your issues as you are not using main domain listed in your admin settings, logos always point to main domain of the script. Open a ticket if you need our help, we see that the script was installed on March 6th…

1 – for css changes all sass files are under resources/sass/ directory. Check the variables.scss file, afterwards compile all sass files, it will generate a new public/css/app.css file. Refer to the docs on Frontend file structure. All customizations are up to you and not covered under codecanyon support policy.
2 – you can disable it via admin panel – davinci settings, it will be hidden for all user and subscriber groups, but visible to admin only.
3 – we are not aware of such tools yet, when we will have more time we will look into it.

Up to you, you can easily change that in the admin panel – activation page. What is important, is to use the new activation code to open support tickets.

don’t worry about it, it is just a manual entry in our demo. Paypal works as usually just fine and stores correctly order_id, new subscribers counts people who just subscribed that month, and there is no issue with that as well.

6 – it counts created words only, openai token concept is not valid anymore in this script. It was changed as everyone was asking for it because they couldn’t cope with the complexity of openai token concept.
- 1. Regarding the order_id when the user makes a payment, maybe you manually entered it and left it and now it’s in everyone’s code. Now we have such a situation that the order_id of the payment displays the id of the subscription plan. I have been testing the software and I have some doubts I hope you can help me with before buying this software:
-As I can see the customer doesn’t have to add their billing information (in their profile or at checkout)? In Europe we would need, at least the name, city, postal code, country, and VAT as an optional choice (for entrepeneurs and companies).
-I have seen we just can have one VAT (tax %) for everyone, in Europe we have to differenciate per country, is it possible? Would it be possible to stop the auto-generation of the invoices so we could edit them manually before sending it to them?
-Is it possible to make some of this profile/checkout fields as required?

Added team members will have access to the feature that you enabled or disabled during team member creation. If user who added a team member does not have access to that feature in his subscription plan, then no one will have access to that feature. Ex: if a user is subscribed to a plan that does not provide access to AI Voiceovers, then no him and his team members that he added will not have access to AI Voiceover feature.
Ok but if in my app I deactivated code IA, it appears on the activation option anyway, that need to be fixed I think. Other question is that, you confirm that added user first consume their free credit then use those of the attached accounts ? Until they finish their free credit their not really team members there is room to improve here because the main account would not see right away what they are consuming, thats confusing.
User credits are used first, after when they are depleted he starts to consume credits of the person that added him as a team member automatically.
