Refer to official openai docs, there at models page you will see a sign that says GPT4 (8K) will be available after your first successful monthly bill payment, hence if you were not charged by openai, you won’t be able to use GPT4 at the moment, you will have to wait for your next bill.

1 – that would be under admin panel – general settings – global settings
2 – at the moment no, person adding a team member creates everything for the user, including password. He will have to share it afterwards, soon we will automate the process and let the team member create everything by himself.
3 – someone asked that recently, we will be adding it soon, but user A credits will be visible only at Team Members page for user B, rest of the pages will remain personal to user B only.

i don’t know if this has been implemented but i turned on that images should be deleted after a certain time, is this also deleted from the s3 storage? it will be nice if it is so it doesn’t occupy space. Also please add the option to delete voiceovers after certain time like you did for images. Thank you for the great work

Whatever is stored in S3 is deleted automatically when it is deleted from the script, it was done when S3 support was first released.

Can you please show me how to fix the AI Chat Bot title error. I am unable to name the AI Chat Bot title as it always comes up with errors. I need to name it for proper organizational purposes. I have to exit the document in order to label the title, which only works 30% of the time. However, with my free ChatGPT I am able to quickly and successfully label the title inside of the document without any issues. It is a great application, I love it. See images enclosed below.

second question: we have a user who subscribed a plan last month, but he has not renewed his plan this month upon inspection through subscription list in admin panel his details now are below

and what about the second question?
It is related to your cron task as well. Credits do not get reset immediately, but at the end of the month or next billing cycle via your cron task.

Reach out to paddle support team to clarify why the event tab is missing for you in your paddle account, perhaps it is disabled somewhere in your paddle account settings.

Update did not touch anything related to AI Voiceover, make sure your cloud vendor account is still valid and you haven’t reached any free trial limits. Otherwise send a support request with further details.

Example: I am located in Bulgaria (20%). Sombody from Germany buys, so he needs to pay not 20 but 19% GERMAN Taxes….

It was not clear on that feature request how that tax should be defined for the user, hence was not addressed at the moment. Do they select the country they are from upon checking out? If so, what blocks them from selecting another country with lower taxes?
We haven’t addressed it as our subscription plans (monthly/yearly) are entire processed directly by payment gateways, and set tax in the script is just for visuals only, actual tax is set by subscription plans ids when you create them in your respective payment gateway.
Question, After setting payment gateways when I try to subscribe to a plan it takes me to the templates page not to the payment gateway is this something to do with the license?

No, it affected only small number of people who updated first, redownload the main zip file and replace resources/views/user/plan/index.blade.php file with the one in your hosting and that is it.
