Hello, we have discovered something with our subscriptions. When a user purchases an annual sub, the payment goes through fine but the renewal order created 12 months later has no product assigned and has a value of ‘0’. The subscription is then renewed automatically but they haven’t paid for it – is there a way to investigate why this is happening regularly? It only happens for renewals

Hi can I ask how does reminders work if you have a daily subscription. Also is it possible to have reminder emails different based on frequency. For example monthly subscription can get 2 reminder emails while weekly only get one reminder email.

Is the a hook to display the price of a variable subscription product some other place like under the short description or under the starting price text at the top of the page. A plugin I use edits the quantity and checkout button so I think this is causing the price a variable description to not show.

Ok, my case is like this. I have a digital product that is being sold on a monthly/yearly subscription. Woocommerce is connected to the Payment Gateway and I tested it with a simple product, the results are okay. I want the buyer to receive a notification, for example 7 days and 3 days before expiration. Notifications are sent via email and a link to the payment gateway is provided in the email. If they pay through a payment gateway, their status will automatically be extended. I can also monitor which customers are still actively subscribed and customers who do not renew their subscriptions and then I deactivate their accounts manually.

Can this be done in a SUMO Subscription? or should I need the SUMO Membership plugin too?
