we would like to know if u have any feature to send auto reminder to customers after they have successfully purchased/rent from the system. For example, after completed the rental booking, the system provide an option for customer to add the event into their calender (either outlook, phone or other calendar). This act as a reminder for the booking date & time.

you mentioned that it will require code customization. can u explain on how to do this? do we need to hire u to do it, or we can do this ourselves? is there any documentation for customizing the form field?

Hi. Before purchasing your plugin, i was wondering about a specific feature. Is it possible to make the availability of one product depend on that of another. An example to make myself clear: our customer rents out lighting setups. Customers can choose between different setups (small, medium, large, full). If someone books the large or full setup on a certain day, all the setups should become unavailable (also the small and medium). Is this possible? Thanks in advance!

For example our clients can order it only one time from 10 to 11 o c’clock. ​If some one will order it from 10 to 11 o’clock anyone should have posibility to order it in this time because we have only one product per time. Hi From the back end of the woocommerce settings > rnb settings> condition tab you can set time interval or you can also set your custom allowed time.

Thank you, very much for the prompt answer, meantime I found it.It woud be grat to have idea also for the situation, if the client would like to book form today morning to tomorrow nigt, we need to use daily pricing, but in this case the one day fee is too low. Temporary we setup minimum 2 days limit for booking, but any other idea would be very appreciated. Thank you very much!

I just investigated and WooCommerce has the option to authorize and capture later, but my question is… with this plugin is it possible to Capture the rental payment immediately and the pending payment only authorize it?

Example:

Vehicle 200 dollars 4 days (Authorized and paid)

Guarantee: 1,500 dollars (hold)

Hi, I see several people ask this, but I think there is no straight answer. 1) Can you book by night instead of a day? 2) If no, I believe this could be done by custom range, it that true? We need to be able to charge both by night and by day. Also I saw a comment written a year ago that asks you if “when somebody checks out at a certain date, another customer won’t be able to book the same day”. 3) Are you fixing this any time soon, have you fixed it or it can’t be done? day or night is a unit. and it can be configured from settings panel. We consider 24h as 1 day [night] . We need more details how you want to count your days and night. any short video will be better to understand.

If a customer books a certain date or date ranges and if there is no inventory available for that day then next customer won’t be able to book that range again.

Is it possible for daily pricing to move from 1 to days once a 24 hr block. For example, if someone books a vechicle from 18 July 8am – 19 July 8am and is charged 1 days rental, if they’re return is 8.30am they require to pay for 2 days, rather than standard next day kicks in if 1 hour late?!

Why is the flip box at open state by default? It does not close when clicking on it. How to make it closed by default? I know my support has ended, but the flip-box should work anyways.
