http://lethe.artlantis.net/demo_forms/System templates are automatically used in actions such as subscription, verification and unsubscription etc. After script installation, these templates are created automatically. If you want to change their content, you can edit them from the “Templates” page.
Shortcodes do not appear on the preview page because they require subscriber’s data.

i know the mpan stuff is included in lethe…how to I set secure directories…im not sure how to secure this part…there is a page in setting to configure upload type but i want to set a directory called images off public html to store the files and not expose the rest of the sites directories please advise or tell me where documentation for mpan

miniPAN root directory can be made by changing the “LETHE_RESOURCES” value in the lethe.php file.
You need to put the special directories belonging to the system and users in the resources folder into the folder you want to use and change the “LETHE_SYSTEM” and “LETHE_LOG” variables.

also there is a system folder that visible under resources and a tempset and a secure folder with and encryption .key file…can I hide these…i cant hide the .key type or json types and dont want user to accidently delete

The embed code contains only html code, if you are trying to add code via the plugin on WP, it may be changing the code. There are many users using the subscription form on WP without any problems. Since I don’t know about your usage area, I can’t give a clear answer.

1. Please is it possible in your form like this one http://lethe.artlantis.net/demo_forms/?pos=full, if someone chooses an option from a drop down in the form https://prnt.sc/HnVi8F4ZkqaN , he will be sent to a different URL after submitting the form based on the dropdown option that was chosen?
For example, let us say in the subscription form, I create a dropdown:
“Select Gender:” - Male - Female
So the dropdown is called “Select Gender” and the “Male” & “Females” are the dropdown options.
Now if the subscriber selects the “Male” dropdown option, I want him to be sent to this URL: male.html after sudmitting the form.
And if the subscriber selects the “Female” dropdown option, I want her to be sent to this URL: female.html after sudmitting the form.
There will be other fields in the form like name, address, phone, etc. which will be submitted to the mailing list.
But the destination / redirect will be based on the dropdown option chosen.
So please is this possible? Can your “Lethe PHP Newsletter & Mailing System” do this?

1- Lethe is not script associated with Wordpress. But you can use the embed codes generated for subscription forms on your wordpress page.
2- Yes, multi-user system available. Only admin can create users, there no user registration sytem available. Page / feature / submussion account usage restriction option available.
3- You can use it on a single domain and control it over different domains. API system available. If you want to use it for your different projects, you need to get an Extended license.
4- You can choose single / double opt-in option on General Settings > Subscribers tab. After single confirmation, another confirmation mail is sent. If you want a different reminder, you can use autoresponder.
5- Yes, there is a test button on the campaign creation page, you can test before starting the campaign.

Sorry for late reply, Which condution did you use on autoresponder? You can use after subscription action option for autoresponder. But this cron may experience instability with running time. For example after 1 minute autoresponder action can be wait +1min for hosting cron period.

ok. In the settings I have the following values: Verification type – single opt in Subscriber Load Options – active
The autoresponder is supposed to send a message 1 minute after subscribing.
I tried to test it. I deliberately extended the opt-in verification in time (15 minutes) to see if the autoresponder will send a message 1 minute after a single opt-in. But unfortunately no message was sent. I would like the autoresponder to send a message 1 minute after marking a subscriber as Active. It is possible?

Are test emails or campaigns sent without any problems? Could it be a problem with the cron command or with the email service?
Activate this process in Debug Mode from the General Settings section and try to run the autoresponder’s cron task link with the browser. If there is any error, it will appear on the page.

1- Multi-user mean admin and normal users can manage Lethe, admin can change permissions for usage. 2- Payment system is not available (or I misunderstand this question) 3- Yes, you can use different SMTP account, but your server must allow to connect foreign outgoingserver connections. 4- Yes, you can easily generate HTML embed code in the subscription form creation section.
