You can define a set of Chess related keywords in the plugin’s OpenAI settings area. The ChatBot will not answer from OpenAI unless the user query includes or are related to those keywords.

How do we change the order of pages in a chatbot response? For instance wen I say “Tell me about CHROME Guidedsmile” on our website roedentallab.com I get returned a list of web pages with the words CHROME GuidedSMILE in them but they are not in the most useful order or contain pages that we would not want shown at all. How do we rank pages by key word for the chatbot?

I have updated the script manually because it did not work with envate market plugin. after the update the version number 12.3.3 is shown instead 12.4.9. previously i had the version 12.4.6
You Script is full of bugs. Everytime i export the Simple Text responses or i update a category the User Answer Follow Up settings are empty.

A Live human chat module is sold with the Master license (outside of Codecanyon). It allows the users to initiate a human chat but admin cannot directly overtake a session.
