Hi Basti and everyone, How to update the new kmrs for Hostinger hosting only, please give me the full steps with screenshots for that to do it successfully.
update is same steps as installation but instead of extracting install.zip
extract the update.zip
I did but when I extract the updates.zip it open the folder and don’t Overwrite existing files and if moved tho the public_html that mean replace the folders and the website it will be stop because it wil loose lot of files.
you mean your modifications? if yes if you have any changes in the code there is no way to update easy you will have to update it by comparing the files using https://winmerge.org/
The hpanel different than cpanel, i want to give me the steps for the Hostinger hpanel not other cpanel, I tried lots time and different way but i can’t do that successfully.

mate first upload the update.zip in public_html along with the kmrs files and simply extract it that’s it
after that login to backoffice and go to utilities -> fixed database

i suggest use ftp to upload files instead if your cpanel is complicated
Mate Filezilla is hard for me and you give me the steps to do that anly you said extract the zip file to public_html and steps, i did it in my hpanel with the correct steps but nothing happened, you need to provide solution for this problem.

you can use filezilla to upload the files if your hosting is very problematic when uploading files

Hi Basti my RECEIPT_SEND_TO_MERCHANT trigger is not working, this is for OLD KMRS, my sms is working not working but not E-mail
always check the email logs see if you can find any logs in there?
take note you need to enabled this in merchant panel to receive email to merchant
I have encountered a problem with setting the delay time for orders. The issue is that when the merchant sets a delay time for an order, the notification that is sent to the customer still displays the previous delay time instead of the updated one.
for example: 1. The merchant initially sets a 10-minute delay for an order. – notification sent with delay time of ’ ’ minutes.
2. If the merchant sets another delay time to 20 minutes for the same order. – notification sent with delay time of 10 minutes.
3. If the merchant further adjusts the delay time to 30 minutes. – notification sent with delay time of 20 minutes.
the notification that is sent to the customer still displays the previous delay time instead of the updated one, how can resolve this?

do you know how to check the request in browser console? check if the pass data is correct time_delay : 10 example from there you will know if the data is correct

in console it changes with delay as in notification. but in “order timeline” it works well.
yes I made changes only with public static function delayedMinutes() and public function actionsetDelayToOrder() . but I tried to put original code to see if my edit is the problem but the delay problem is still there even with original code

Hi mate , i know that you should update api level , but whats happens with the people with are with you from the first time? we have V1 , Are we just as important or less important than new users? There comes a time when it seems that you are only interested in gaining new clients and not in maintaining old ones. Hi, First of all thanks for wonderful product. While exploring the demo I found few things missing Like after choosing the location it gives a list of all the restaurants but on the search bar dishes can not be searched. Search works only by restaurant name. In this case, its difficult for customer to search for the items and can’t even distinguish which restaurant is providing it.

Hello Basti get this error when I try to get inside price on a menu item inside a merchant account, All access is granted to the merchant. But I cannot access prices, addons, attributes, inventory ect.. When I try to access these I get a 404 error page oops something went wrong You are not authorized to perform this action need help please. Note: main website is updated to last version 1.08 same as the apps.

Mate her in Australia lot of companies used bank transfer to send link to customer for deposit the order amount by notification, email, SMS and whatsap. It is very good gateway of Bank deposit, please doesn’t remove it but fixed it.
am not removing bank deposit what i mean is i will remove the settings that you can set online or offline

Mate I’m sure the bank transfer is online payment not offline payment, just need you to check it and fixed it, only cash on delivery is offline payment.
the idea is online payment needs api like example paypal stripe etc that is why this is offline
Mate i mean should be send link it has bank details to the customer then you can th customer uses this details to pay order amount like invoice it has bank details, need from you fixed this to send bank details by link to the customer.

Our logo and header for the merchant is randomly disappearing. Thus, we manually update it everyday.
Unfortunately so far there is no pattern on which merchant disappear the logo and header images.

Hi invoice sending cron not working no any invoice sending for merchant
the best way to test the invoice is to stop all your cron jobs
and set the merchant to daily
now order to that merchant and until its delivered take note merchant should be commission
now when the order is delivered
run the cron jobs for daily in your browser and you should see the invoice created
take note the order should be delivered or completed else this will not be computed as commission
My merchant is daily and I deleted the cron from Cpanel. All orders is completed and I try to run the cron in my browser and it’s works. But why not working by itself my server time is correct and I set up the cron daily at 11:30pm

ok since running cron manually works then its your timing of your cron
take note that your server timezone is different from your time
so make sure you run this according to your time
