@NajahAlGhazali Hostinger is not the best solution for kmrs or for anything really. I moved away as they have many issues with file overwrites and also with file permission issues when updating addons. You should speak to Hostinger about the overwrite issues as clearly is Hostinger at fault since their file manager is as buggy as their entire system.
Or can create a network drive which will be like a hard drive in your pc (connected to your ftp/hostinger ) and can copy and paste the unzipped files directly. Do we not have to go to https://yourserver.com/backoffice/update? Just install in cpanel and done?
Its showing OOps something went wrong! Your seeing this message cause this page is oudated, to make an update please login to backoffice and go to utilities and then click fixed database.

Please do not forget to create the functionality to be able to create a transport bag product (which takes all the products inside) this product will have a price and option to enable the auto add to the order. All products will have a check option to define that the product does not need a bag, if the check is not required and all products have this check activated, the bag is not added to the order, if any item chosen by the customer has this check deactivated then the bag is automatically added to the order and the customer can only increase the number of bags as it is mandatory to have a bag in the order. The value of the bag is also included in the admin commission calculation like any other product sold by the merchant. Thank you

Hello Basti, I believe that everything went well with the domain migration, but I have already installed your system more than 20 times for customers who bought the code with you, as indicated by me, as well as I have installed my copy about 6 times since I bought it, never I had no problem. But this time I’m getting an error on the frontend that I’ve tried to solve in several ways, all without success. The web version is latest, VPS is Ubuntu 20.04, with Apache and PHP module, PHP version is 7.4 7.4.33 with php7.4-mysql module, as well as php7.4-common, in phpinfo I get “PDO mysql drivers” and the message I get on the frontend is always “CDbConnection failed to open the DB connection: could not find driver” Have you ever seen something like this?

I’ve extracted install.zip to my root directory and I’ve already updated the k-config.php with my database creds but when I try to open {{base_url}}/backoffice/install URL I’m getting 404 page not found, please let me know if I’m missing something here.

update is same steps as installation but instead of extracting install.zip
extract the update.zip
I did but when I extract the updates.zip it open the folder and don’t Overwrite existing files and if moved tho the public_html that mean replace the folders and the website it will be stop because it wil loose lot of files.
you mean your modifications? if yes if you have any changes in the code there is no way to update easy you will have to update it by comparing the files using https://winmerge.org/

Mate Filezilla is hard for me and you give me the steps to do that anly you said extract the zip file to public_html and steps, i did it in my hpanel with the correct steps but nothing happened, you need to provide solution for this problem.
