Unfortunately, there is no option to disable the estimates feature. However, you can use the menu setup Feature to hide the estimates feature from the menu items by navigating to Setup->Menu Setup (ensure to first enable the module at Setup->Modules)
Additionally, ensure that you do not give any of the staff Permission for the estimates feature and they will not be able to see/access that feature.

The CRM functionality seems to be very poor. There is no way to actually commuicate with leads and track conversations. I cannot even create a ticket and assign it to a lead.

What would make this complete CRM system even more complete is the possibility to create subscriptions of services and link them to recurring payments/invoices instead of Stripe. I also love Stripe’s option, but it would be nice if there was also an option that is separate from Stripe and fully controllable from the crm system.

The subscription feature is only available for stripe. However, you can use recurring invoices as a workaround for other payment gateways as documented here https://help.perfexcrm.com/recurring-invoice/

1. Ability to set deadlines for subtasks.
2. Automatic assignment of staff to tasks when they are added to subtasks, and addition of those tasks to their task list.
3. Removal of tasks from the task list when staff members mark their subtasks as done.
4. Enhanced search functionality to include searching within task content, in addition to searching by title only.

2. Unfortunately no, you will need to always assign the tasks to your staff members if required.
3. When a task is marked as completed; they are not shown on the tasks list by default unless the filters are adjusted to show them

JUST SUGGEST In the contract the signature is only one but in reality the customer put the signature in many part of the contract. I just suggest to give a TAG that I can put in the template many time or give a different way to make a contract like that you can see first part and can put signature, than the second and put the second signature…. I hope that you appreciete
