Hello dear friends of the MSTdev team, I would like to ask a question about the language, I only use three languages in my system and I would like to know if it is possible to direct my client to a specific url with the language I define, for example if I have a client in Spanish I would like to to send a registration link to open the form already in this language, would this be valid for all links?

Thanks for the feedback, as it was a little urgent we ended up developing a resource to achieve this, it is because we have some external links that we direct our customers so it is interesting to use the native language of the customer it helps in the conversion of Leads and marketing.

Perfex is by far the best CRM. There is however one feature lacking, which is very important, and that is the ability to generate recurring invoices manually, i.e. say your invoices are sent on the 25th of each month, but the 25th falls on a Sunday this month, you should be able to send out all your invoices the previous Friday, the 23rd, by the click of a button. That is a power feature that will make Perfex, Perfect.

Since the last update, the merge field {proposal_subject} has stopped working on old and new proposals. Nothing has changed on my end except for the update. So this tells me that your team messed up the code on the last update. I do not need to renew my support as this is a bug in your updated code. Please fix asap.
I have a ticket opened about several update failure (id:18377) which you are not following up. Now there’s even a new issue on file permissions (sudo chgrp / chmod) that looks like a bug (because my Host checked and confirmed there are no permissions issues). Why are you not fixing this 3.0.5?

Does Office 365 Imap work yet for support departments? I see in change log it says oath2. How much is it to renew support? I thought it was $21 but CC says $50+. I have two licenses, but only want to renew one license because the other license is for a client.

Unfortunately, leads cannot be created from a customer in Perfex CRM. You need first to add Lead then convert to a customer. Once converted, you should stick to using just the customer.

Of course I need as standard currency the one of my home country. But I can’t change it any more, because I did already booked expenses on clients. Of course I absolutely not delete all entries to change currency, and then to retype all again. At every shop software I can change currency without to retype all products. This seems to be a bug. Solution please.

The currency used for transactions (invoices/estimates/proposals/contracts, etc) is the customer profile’s currency.
You can only bill a customer in one currency, The currency is automatically selected based on your default currency or currency set for the selected Customer you selected previously in the customer profile. If the currency for this customer is USD it will be automatically selected and cannot be changed,
