As I understand from your request you want to allow members WooCommerce download item when purchase membership plan if so then, unfortunately it will not possible. ARMember does provide a WooCommerce support like when WooCommerce product purchase then, you can assign membership plan.
Also, if you want to allow digital download item access on membership plan purchase then, ARMember does provide a Digital Download addon which you can allow member to access download item based on member having membership plan.

I logged in and logged a ticket but now it doesn’t recognize my user name or password and therefore I cannot reset it. Emails are no longer sending from ARMember, they were a few weeks back, test emails are working, but no notification emails (welcome, password reset, etc) are being sent.
Regarding emails, I have tried updating the WordPress server to the SMPT server but the emails are still not working with the exception of those to our domain only.

Hello I am currently using the lite version of the plugin, and I really like it, my question is if with the pro version of the plugin you can place a search section or search filters on another page different than the directory page. For example, I want to place a section highlighting the directory page on the home page and from there the user can search the directory, there is this shortcode?

Regarding add filters only, ARMember does provide a facility to search with custom field so it will display with the member list and custom filters accordingly to your requirements but unfortunately it will not possible to add filters on different page and then redirect to the listing page after search.
armember offers a lot of shortcut options. But the main shortcut is missing. How to create shortcut for user’s first name?

The documentation says “extend days” is possible, but the current form of the pro plugin DOES NOT have this option whatsoever. Overall, the plugin seems quite misleading, promises too much and is very buggy.

so , yes – after many months of NOT using my licensed purchase, hoping that all those updates made major improvements I decided to give it another try. I installed the plugin on a fresh clean wp site – to test it ! the plan was to buy another license if I’m happy with it! BUT , SADLY I’m running into several issues – 1. emails are NOT being sent and there’s no way to enter smtp settings – even after installing WP Mail SMTP – only admin got notification of member signup , 2. 2 step registration is NOT working, even though its checked from admin…. hoping to get positive use of this plugin – and change my review … but so far – super frustrating

how do i add Enable Meta Key to a specific field in registration form ? for example I only want to add a meta key to ” first name” “last name” and “email” fields … im assuming its by enabling Hidden Fields – and then entering the field name ? just want to make sure its an option ?

Question: I am creating a clients page and I wish that different logged in users (subscriber) only get acces to certain pages.
This is the scenario: If user john@doe.com logs in at the site, after beeing succefully logged in he will get redirected to examplehomepage12345567.com/john
And if user anne@doe.com logs in, she will get redirected to examplehomepage12345567.com/anne
If anyone who is not logged in tries to access those URLs above, they will get a login prompt. And if any logged in users tries to access another URL, for example if John tries to access: examplehomepage12345567.com/anne He will also get a login prompt or simply be redirected back to his examplehomepage12345567.com/john page.
I do not wish to have only certain pages password protected, I want what I described above. Is this possible with this plugins?

ARMember does provide a facility to add username after URL dynamically as per user logged in according to your requirements and for restriction, you can set restrictions for only logged-in users to access the page. But for only accessing the logged-in username in the URL and restricting other usernames with URL. unfortunately, this will not be possible directly.
