Hello, the token tool still does not work? We can no longer use your plugin since last week

Although you may not be able to use my specific token tool at the moment, there are alternative token tools available on the internet that can still generate tokens for use with my plugin.

Hello. I have been using your plugin for less than a year and it has always worked perfectly. Till today. Instagram content no longer loads. The error message is displayed when loading the page on which the plugin is located: “A 400 error has occured attempting to fetch your profile photo. Please check your credentials and try again”. Moreover, when I try to connect to the Instagram account from my computer, a message tells me that this page does not exist, but I can connect to it from my phone. My support license has expired. But it seems I’m not alone having this problem. Can you identify where the problem comes from please. I haven’t received any license renewal proposal and I don’t understand why the plugin stopped working without any action from me. It does not bother to pay a license extension to fix it, but I would like to be sure that it is not the problem of a bug that comes from the plugin. Thanks for reaching out. This is not a bug, it’s Facebook who has blocked my token tool is all. I’m working with them now to get it back online but in the meantime, there are other token tools that you can use if you’d like. Apologies for the downtime.

Hello. It will be a month that the plugin does not work. My customers are furious. You are talking about “alternative token tools available on the internet that can still generate tokens for use with plugin”. I have no possibility of modifications of your plugin. Should I modify the Access Token in the sittings? If yes, which token should be put? I am not a webmaster. I don’t know anything about it. If the problem with your plugin is not solved, I will have to pay for another plugin and do all the reinstallation for free, because I can’t make my client pay for your incompetence. It’s really not proffessional to leave unsolved the problem with your product that does not work. It doesn’t matter if it comes from FB. The least thing is to explain to your customers the procedure to follow to fix the bug step by step. I see that the product is still on sale and that you propose to renew the support. But it’s not normal to sell support to get your help for a product that doesn’t work properly. I’m waiting for a suggestion from you to solve this problem. Hello, I’ve purchased and installed the Instagram Journal plugin. However, when I try to enter the shortcode on the home page, I get a 404 error message to check my credentials although my credentials are corrected. I used the Access Token generator you provided however I’m still getting that error message. None of the Instagram posts are showing on the page. I am using WP BAkery page builder. Any assistance you give is appreciated.

Hi. I have tow questions before buying the plugin and would appreciate your feedback:
1. Section Carousel>
a) Is it possible to delete the dates and have the “likes” in different format. Maybe like a “heart” with the number next to it.
b) Ist it possible to show the first two or three lines of the text below the picture
c) Is it possible that the pictures move automatically after a set time from the left to right? Or is this the “infinity slider”?
2. “Infinity Slider”.
Basically the same questions a) and b). Can likes, captions be shown below the pictures or only when hovering? Is it possible to have a margin between the pictures?

2. Infinity a. Yes, captions can show but there is simply not enough space to properly display them consistently but I can add this as a custom mod if you’d like.
