Of course I need as standard currency the one of my home country. But I can’t change it any more, because I did already booked expenses on clients. Of course I absolutely not delete all entries to change currency, and then to retype all again. At every shop software I can change currency without to retype all products. This seems to be a bug. Solution please.

The currency used for transactions (invoices/estimates/proposals/contracts, etc) is the customer profile’s currency.

You can only bill a customer in one currency, The currency is automatically selected based on your default currency or currency set for the selected Customer you selected previously in the customer profile. If the currency for this customer is USD it will be automatically selected and cannot be changed,

PRE-SALE QUESTION

I see that I can attach documents (docs / pdf ) to both tasks and projects.

I need the customer to be able to approve the work or for them to be able request an amendment. Is this possible? Essentially I am preparing and delivering tailored documentation.

Also, I am guessing that I would assign a project to a customer and then within the project ,set tasks (work) . Is this correct and if yes, can the customer approve the task?

There is no task approval feature in perfex CRM at this time.

A workaround is to ensure only approved tasks are added in Perfex CRM.

There is glitch with payment. No payment system is working in the new update. Paypal says “Security header is not valid” Stripe says “Invalid integer…”

Perfex CRM code is not optimized to work as SaaS, you can bill 1 client per 1 extended license and installation, however, if you are able modify the code to be SaaS optimized, you can do this with the extended license, more info about the licenses can be found here: https://codecanyon.net/licenses/standard

Hi Guys, if I setup the Stripe payment gateway with a percentage fee, the customer gets an error in client portal if he wants to pay his invoice via stripe. Error says “invalid integer xxxxx.x”. Please correct this, thank you :)

Not working on CloudFlare, the Client IP or users is not configurable. So, imagine this! Simple IP request not working.

The copy I have is not in my name, I will not snitch who give the copy opening that ticket. What I can tell for sure is that IP function is not working like suppose to. I had to hack the core to solve that problem and fix. Now the real IP even using cloudflare is working.. so my code is just my! You should thank me for my tip about this problem that extends even in the last version! Byyyyyyeeeeee

Com a nova atualização o Kanban não funciona mais.

O suporte sempre sugere renovar o apoio de $ 52,50 por 6 meses. Tem paltaforma especializada em CRM que cobra mensalmente menos que isso já com suporte, hospedagem e atualizações. Pensando seriamente em migrar.

Já descobri o motivo. Era a versão do PHP.
