I’m getting around to adding/editing notification emails. I’m using the provided templates as a starting point. After creating and saving a “First Alert Before Level Expire” email template, I notice that the email is set to go to “Admin” by default. My questions are:
1. How do I change who the email is directed to? Logically, this email should be going to the user as a reminder to renew.
2. Is there a way to test specific notification emails?
After upgrading to the latest version, I see now how to test the notification emails; however, the notification emails are still being routed to the website admin and not the member/user.
Ok, I figured it out… There are separate ‘Admin’ and ‘User’ notifications in the ‘Add new Notification’ > ‘Action’ drop-down menu.
I’ve just bought this and installed successfully on wordpress but it won’t activate saying that the purchase key is invalid. I can’t access support through the support system either because of this. Please assist. This is the first time trying to use the licence.

Hello, can I lock the whole site (it will be members only) and also have for example one day trial for discounted price? That will be one time purchase that will unlock all posts for one year and remind user to renew, that is possible? Does it works with LearnPress, so if I lock the whole site also part that use this plugin for online courses will be locked? And I can use all gateways that I currently have with Woocommerce? Thanks.

You may restrict any content you wish, even all posts with one single restriction rule. You can restrict even the posts used as courses from LearnPress. Also, you may have subscriptions with discounted or free trial period, even if is about one day. Related to notifications, you may set up to 3 different reminder notifications and even one more after the membership has expired.
Can a person in the administrator role be added to a membership? Seems like if someone is a subscriber and they are added to the membership role and then you change the user to an admin it removes them from the membership.

Hi, With the “My Group Accounts” addon can the parent user be on an automatic recurring subscription membership, or does it have to be manual ?
With that module, no matter to which membership type the parent member has signed, one time or recurring subscription, the access will be shared with the others from his group.

One other question. Using the Woo-commerce integration, i see you cannot create an on automatic recurring woo-commerce product, can this be accomplished by using Woocommerce subscription plugin with your plugin, or is there another way to do it?

Woocommerce subscription is a different plugin than WooCommerce and it is not integrated with Ultimate Membership Pro

Can you choose different payment methods for different subscription periods? 3. Upon payment, is a user automatically approved/activated or do they need admin approval? 4. If a user’s next payment does not complete, will their user account automatically be downgraded? 5. Does the plugin send any invoices after payment, or do we need to do that manually? 2. Yes, you can choose different payment methods for certain memberships.
3. Generally yes, but depends on your settings and the payment method.
4. If the grace period expires, yes, the membership is set to cancel and they lose access.
5. There is an extension that allows you to do that.

Most of the members on my website have a yearly based subscription based membership that renews every year automatically.
