Hi,
I bought a new license because the old one is deactivated automatic when i tried to activate it on a new site. But now the filter is removed from the page and i cant get it back normally in the sidebar, how can i do this?

I’m not sure what happened on your site because there are infinite list of reasons why it could happened in such case. But when you update your plugins it is highly recommended to make a DB backup before that. The backup can be easily created for example with Updraft plus backup plugin.
I can only say that when you delete plugins like Filter Everything from your site, you have to being warned that all plugin’s data and settings will be erased. And if you confirmed the deleting this could be the reason, why filters disappeared from sidebar.

I had some questions 6 or 7 days ago and tried to explain my problems. They still exist (see comments history).
You answered lot of issues in the last 6 days / 24 hours. I can understand that u have a lot of work. Can I assume that u don´t want to help me or that u have to much workload, which I can understand!?
I can live with smaller issues in plugins but with the ones I explained, the plugin gets really not usable for how I need it…
Problems still exist and I can´t solve them: 1.) “Apply button” and false set link by plugin (see comments) 2.) No range slide filtering when numbers have decimals with comma (if you can confirm that) (see comments)
Please just let me know at least if u can help because at the end I have to find a solution.

Hello, i have a BIG PROBLEM since the Update! There seems to be a Problem with my Configuration and the Plugin, when i apply a Filter the following message appears “It appears that this page does not contain a container with the specified «CSS id or class of the Posts Container». Try to specify the correct one in the Filter Set settings or the common plugin Settings.” Also when i enable AJAX there is no filtering. Please reply fast, since my shop is currently not working due to the issue.
This Problem also apllies when AJAX is dissabled!

I’m using Search and Filter for filter post types. It works pretty well and I love the plugin. The issue I have is, Only for Tablet and Mobile view, the “Filter” button shows on all first-level pages(eg: domain/home, domain/about-us and etc..)
FYI, In settings, I’ve set Common WordPress pages: All archive pages for this Post Type
and I’ve enabled the “Special Pop-up Filters Widget for Mobile”

I’m not sure what is your goal – to display the button on all pages, not only on the first-level?
If yes, it means that your first level pages use different template than other pages. Or maybe children pages have some CSS that hides the button. I can check this if you will provide me with link to these pages – one first-level and second inner page, where the buttons disappears.
In general this button can be inserted on a page in two ways – automatically if your theme uses popular hooks. Or as shortcode [fe_open_button] . If you wan to insert shortcode you can also disable previous automatical way in Filters -> Settings -> Experimental -> “Hide opening widget buttons”.

Hi, I created a filter for a certain category of articles (and it works great). Like here : https://www.lembrassecoeur.fr/annuaire-marques-maternite-ethiques/ But it also appears on every page of my website, on mobiles devices only (only appears doesn’t collapse), which i don’t want ^^ Like here : https://www.lembrassecoeur.fr/

I have to say that Filters widget appears on all pages that meet next two conditions:
1. If you directed the Filter Set to a list of pages in “Where to filter?” field. For example “All archive pages for this Post Type” or “Pages -> Any page”.
2. If the page contains Filters widget or shortcode [fe_widget]
So if you need to hide Filters widget from some pages, you can do it in two ways – to direct Filter Set only on desired page in the “Where to filter?” field. Or to display Filters widget only on some page(s) for example using Widget logic plugin.

Hello, how can I place the filter on my website ? I have defined some filters but I have no possibility to choose a filter with the wordpress page creator. The page which shows the posts is a normal wordpress page (no webshop) and the posts inserted with a short-code on that page.

Hi, We have products with sizes that are variations of variable products (clothes with sizes).
If I filter products by size, how can I make it so that the plugin automatically shows only products where the filtered size is in stock or not out of stock?
I tried adding _stock_status and _stock filter, but they only work with the parent product.
So, if I filter by size M, it shows all products that are as a whole in stock (have at least one item of any size in stock) and has size M registered in the size attribute, even though their size M is out of stock.
If I filter size M, I want to show only products where size M is in stock. How do I do that?

Ok, so now I know, that I should check “use for variantions” for the _stock_status filter. However, I would need this to be applied automaticaly for each size filter. No one wants to see products where the size is out fo stock and I don’t want them to look for another filter called stock status where they would filter only those in stock, it needs to be automatic. Can this be done?

It will force to display only In Stock products when you filter them.

Unfortunately, the code is not working.
Also, the plugin behaves strangely (from the start, even without the code). In widgets, the filters are not showing up even when they should (the filter set is set for all categories).

Please, provide us with two things:
1. With credentials to your /wp-admin in accordance with this document
2. And with link to example (and maybe description why) where filtered products are out of stock even the code is applied in functions.php

In general it is not supported issue, because all that I can do is to provide you with link to the article in documents that explains how to find and set correct value for this important setting.
But as option you can open your page in Chorome, save it on your computer, upload somewhere in Internet and provide me with link to the archive. I can download it, unpack, open in Chrome and say to you what the value you have to use.

I have my filters working well in Elementor via shortcodes when contained in Sections/columns. Elementor came out with Container widgets not long ago and I am unable to get your filters to load inside the new containers. The shortcode div is empty. Any suggestions? Other shortcodes work fine…just having issues with the ones from filter everything. Thanks in advance ✌️

Hi, I bought the pro version and have a conflict with my URL extension. I am using the permalink manager pro. I want to disable the sef URLs from the filters because “my extension” does it.
In your settings there isn’t the option to disable the sef URLs, when I do the installation automatically transforms the filter URLs.
Can you tell me how I can disable this functionality from your extension? Or add an option to your settings to achieve that.

You have to create another Sorting widget and add sorting options in another language. After to place this widget on appropriate language page. I think it can be done for example with Widget logic plugin that allows you to display widgets in dependancy from specific conditions. For example you can write language condition and to display desired widgets on their appropriate language pages.

Hi I could make run your filter on the woocommerce shop page, only. But in blocks themes, the shop page is always displayed on the whole page width. There is no side bar. I have to make the side bar manually by making two columns, but this does not affect the display of the shop products. They just come under my column block, filling the whole page width. So I would like to have run your filter on any page with a woocommerce “all products” block on my page on the right column and your filter on the left column. But if I select the correct page in the filter set settings, I get the following error in the ‘what to filter’ field: “No WP Queries matched to the post type ‘product’ found on the page”.
Can you tell me how I can achieve this?
