I also wonder how your plugin can detect the use of the license on 2 sites when I have only 2 sites online: Staging : https://version-1-2.mystagingwebsite.com/ Live: https://www.sport-in-place.com/
On the 2 sites above, I get a license activation denied message.
I have no other sites. The other staging sites are deleted, they are no longer online. So I wonder how your plugin can detect the use of my license on other sites?

I would like to be able to manage the licenses used.

Thank you for your suggestion, I will think about customer account with ability to manage own licenses.
For the moment, as I told you before, you can either to remove you any current license on your existing site or ask me to remove it for particluar domain in manual mode.

1. I deactivated the license key for the staging.mois-decembre.mystagingwebsite.com
2. Now you can activate this license key on your “sport-in-place.com”. FYI “sport-in-place.com” and “www.sport-in-place.com” are different websites and this is the reason, why you couldn’t activate the license before. Please, see – https://prnt.sc/nfpBZpd69B-W

Out of the box there is no such filter by geolocation in the plugin. At least for the moment (but it is already planned in the future updates) But you can achieve it with custom coding and hooks available in the plugin.

In general it is possible only if the ACF custom field uses taxonomy object as source for its values. In other words Color swatches available only for taxonomy terms as custom fields has no related fields where you can store colors or images.

Unfortunately no, it is not possible for the moment. Potentially I could change plugin code to remove URL-prefixes and technically it is possible. But in this case it will require a lot of server resources and the plugin will became too heavy and will slow a lot of websites. So I have no plans to do this.

The filters on our page suddenly stopped working. We have not made any changes to the filter settings. We use filters on custom post type archive pages.

Is it possible to view the category filter on every single post? When I view the single post this comes out: No one Filter Set is related with this page. You can configure it in the Filter Set -> “Where to filter?” field.

Current plugin version allows you to direct a Filter Set to single post page only. Ability to direct a Filter Set on every single post will be present in the next plugin version. But I have plugin intermediary version that already support this feature and I can send you link to it via email if you will write me message in PM.
In this case you either have to place posts loop on every single post page or just enable “Apply button” mode in the Filter Set and when visitor will select a Category in the filter he will be redirected for example on the Shop page with products matches to this selected Category.

The reason of the problem is HTTP protocol used on your dev site and it seems it was not changed to HTTPS for dynamically CSS file included in the plugin. Please see here – https://prnt.sc/pMyGslRoYtzD
This file URL depends from the WordPress settings and the wp_upload_dir(); function that returns upload dir URL. Please, check your WP settings and make sure that this function returns correct value.

Single plugin License key allows you to use it on two websites – on one end-product website and second its development copy. So you can set it on your dev site and end-product websites simultaneously. Moreover – if you want to add third website, you can deactivate they key on one of your two websites before that.

I have to say that it is not a bug, but expected behavior. It looks like you enabled “Folding” option for the Category filter and that’s why it is collapsed by default. Also as I see you modified (or maybe your another plugin did it) effect how this folded filter is opening and closing. By default its behaviou should be another. Hi, I have big performance issues.
When your plugin is enabled it takes 13s for dashboard to refresh or AJAX requests to complete. (verified with Query Monitor)
When I disable your plugin website works completely fine with average 2-3s wait time for any requests.
I am using latest version of your plugin.

You have performance issue and I have to say you that filtering speed depends from next parameters:
- server CPU
- server RAM
- number of posts to filter
- number of filters and terms
- number and quality of plugins you use
- cache adjustments on a server
- plugin’s code optimizations, internal cache (this was already done for the Filter Everything)
So you can increase speed of the filtering process if you optimize one of several parameters from the list above. For example here is site https://nordic-led.no/produktkategori/belysning/led-downlights/kelvin-2000k-2800k/utsparring-83mm/produktgruppe-downlight/ with 6K products and Filter Everything PRO and it works very fast.

Its not a problem with filtering itself
Filtering works fine
The problem is – when your plugin is enabled – Wordpress dashboard works really bad – single refresh takes 13s
There is a problem with some AJAX requests as well, it takes more than 10s for them to get response
The only way to fix this issue is turn off your plugin. I have decent server with enough RAM for PHP8 so it’s not the issue. Without Filter Everything enabled single dashboard refresh takes 2s, not 13 so other plugins are not an issue as well.
Previously I had a support ticket opened with you and you were able to fix the licensing issues but starting from then – site performance is poor and it’s unusable.
Could you please take a look on that?

the filter won´t appear at the “off canvas filter” (the widget area of the OceanWP theme). I added exact the same widgets as in the “woocommerce sitepanel” (the widget area for WooC.)
Another plugin that I use works fine in the off canvas area. I also tried with shortcode. It stays white. Also no text like “you need to edit filter for this site…”. So something is happening I don´t know why it´s not showing up.

I tested a bit. So the filter chips are shown in the “off canvas area” if I select some filters in the other sitepanel. But not the filterset itself that is placed above that widget. Again to understand better. WooCommerce Sidepanel works perfect with exact filterset in the widget area. But the ocean wp “off canvas sitepanel” (you can click a button above products to show the panel that will show up from the left side) there the filterset is not shown. both filtersets are on the same site, its the same filterset and its set in both widgetareas exact the same. Thats because i will hide woocommerce sitepanel below 768px and then only show oceanwp sitepanel with filters as this is more userfriendly. You should have still my access data for the website via pm… Thanks

It sounds like you have to disable “Pop-up filters widget” and ” Collapse Filters Widget on Mobile devices” because with these settings Filters widget is hidden by default on mobile devices and it expects that you open it with special button. Please, check this moment, this should help you.

Hi, yes already tried this before I wrote here. Both Options are disabled, but filterset is still not showing up in the off canvas widget area. I kind of need this working. I dont see what I could do from my site anymore. Do you have an idea. Does your plugin support that it shows the same filterset in on same site in two different widget areas? Ok, its really the problem I thought. I disabled the widgets in the “woocommerce widgetarea” and let only let the widgets aktivated in the “off canvas” widgetarea. Now the filter set shows up in the “off canas” widget area. So the plugin avoids to display the filterset in two different widgetareas at the same page. How can I solve this and get it going in both widget areas at the same page? Because one widgetare will be visible for example above 768px and the other below 768px. When I set display: none then to one of them… will the filterset then be loaded in the other one? I hope u understand my idea.

Indeed by default the same Filter Set appears on a page only once because if you use second Filters widget or second shortcode it will automatically display the second Filter Set directed to this page (if such exists)
In this case if you want to show equal Filter Set in off-canvas and regular widget areas, please create two equal Filter Sets with equal list of filters and your goal will be achieved.

I have followed the instructions online and the page doesn’t appear in the “where to filter” settings and the filter remains blank.
The filter has been added via a shortcode. The posts to filter are being displayed on the page via the Elementor Loop Grid widget.

Usually such page should be visible in “Where to filter?” field if you select Pages -> your page title But if it is not visible in the dropdown, you have to check if this page is not in Draft status or maybe it was excluded from pages list via some hooks.

If this page is not available in the “Where to filter?” dropdown there can be 2 possible situations:
1. Either it is bug in my plugin and I can check it if you will send me credentials to your /wp-admin in accordance with this document.
2. Or it is something on your site in plugins/theme or custom code and I can’t help you with this because it is not related with my plugin.
