Hello, I was wondering is it possible to have user accounts on the website. Almost like making the website similar to the functionality of Airbnb where customers would have their own accounts. And be able to list and manage their own properties?
Hi there, there is the possibility to create accounts for your users, however no multi-vendor functionality is available in the plugin, unfortunately. We do have such a feature request and I have added your request to the contact list. In case there are more requests from other users, we might consider implementing this feature in one of the product future updates.
I have deposit set to 50% but it does not show a deposit on the check out only the full amount, why is deposit not working?

Is it no way to add a fee after a order from customer? For example, customer orders parking service on place, i would like to add it to the booking afterwards.
Hi there, there is a possibility to edit existing bookings, so theoretically you may add a fee and apply it to existing booking via dashboard. After that you will need to delete that fee, so it is not added to all the future bookings automatically

Hi there, daily rares are not available in the Hotel Booking plugin, only overnight bookings are allowed (1 night minimum). We do have such a feature request and I have added your request to the contact list. Thanks for your Prompt Reply… It would be a Great Feature… because All Hotels, have Daily Special Rates for Last Minute Bookings… Usually They have a Table kind of Setup… Therefore, It it will be very easy if we can have that in this amazing plugin…

Hi there, you may use the Hotel Booking plugin with any theme matching WordPress/WooCommerce standards. It should be mentioned that the plugin has its own system of bookings and payments, so it will not be related to WooCommerce

Yes, the addon allows you to integrate any payment gateway available for WooCommerce to the Hotel Booking plugin. It does not provide full integration with WooCommerce, however bookings paid via WooCommerce payment gateway will create orders under WooCommerce

1) upon booking, and payment is made, how can my customer receive pass code for both main entrance and room ? i have both smart door lock for both main entrance and my room. Can my customer receive my pass code for both main entrance and room before arrival or at the last minute booking?
2) how is the room assigned to the customer? can the system auto assigned the room number with pass code and main entrance?
3) how do i update my main entrance and room pass code ? I will change my pass code daily for both main entrance and room number. how do i update room passcode from your plugin? i have many rooms , each room pass code will have to be changed daily.

2) The room is assigned automatically, in case you have an accommodation type with several rooms for it. I would recommend creating each room as an accommodation type, so your guests receive corresponding room pass codes
3) There is no option to update information send via Notifier automatically, you will need to do that manually for each accommodation type every time you need to change the code

hi, i had checked your demo. my question is , i have 4 room types multiple rooms, and i have smart door lock for every room. do you mean i have to create room type for 4 rooms types x number of room ? or i need to create each room as room type?
If you use Notifier add-on you will need to add each room type as a separate accommodation type to be able to paste pass code to each property manually and send in notifications.
correct me if i am wrong, lets say i have double Queen bedroom, and family room , each has 2 units. so my front end will show 4 room types? is that what u mean ? or show 2 room type, but multipe room unit ?
The front-end shows accommodation types only. The units (accommodations) are used to form the availability of the accommodation type. So when you have Double Queen bedroom with 2 units and Family Room with 2 units you will see 2 properties on the front-end of your site. The guests may select 1 or 2 units to book while checking availability.

Hello there, currently the Hotel Booking plugin is not integrated with any Channel Manager or PMS. We do have an API, which can be used to integrate the booking system to external platforms, you may check the documentation to find out how the Hotel Booking API works

Hello, I want to use the plugin for boat rental and read that hourly booking is not possible though there is a workaround with the Check-In field. Could I have 2 or 3 Check-In fields with the option for the client to choose between 3 different times to Check-In for one accomodation type? If this is possible It would be perfect for my needs and I would buy it. Thanks for your help!

Hello Janneke, the availability calendar is not clickable by default, the availability search form is used instead, so guests could check the availability and proceed with booking a property. We do have such a feature request and it is currently under development, so we might see this feature in the plugin in one of the near updates

Thanks for your questions. The shortcode [mphb_availability_calendar] required to indicate ID of the specific accommodation type, like this [mphb_availability_calendar id=”777”]. As for the checkout page so you need to use the following shortcode on this page [mphb_checkout]. You need to make sure this page is selected as Checkout one at Accommodation > Settings.
Hi mototeam. we are a german Hotel and need to show only prices incl. TAX on all Sites. And have break it down (without, TAX, incl. TAX) in the Paymentprocess or Bill.
I configure it in the plugin and type in the Prices without TAX (inkl TAX would be much better). On the frontend the prices are shown very different (with and without TAX) after reload the Room Pages the Prices shown with TAX for new visitors shown without?! In the Calender and the Elementor Accommodation Types widget the Prices are without TAX.
This is a KO criteria for us, How can i solve this Problem?

The price displayed will depend on whether a traveler specified his arrival and departure dates and the number of guests – so that per-guest and per-day charges can be included, too. So the sum calculated is based on the guest’s search parameters. There are several calendar data formats available in Motopress. But not the right format for here in the Netherlands.
We use dd-mm-yyyy or dd-mm-yy, these are not available in motopress for the calendar. How can I solve this? And does anyone happen to have the code?
The available calendar date formats at the moment are in the settings:

Hi, thanks for your question. There is no possibility to rewrite the function to add more date formats. For now you may edit the following file \motopress-hotel-booking\includes\settings\date-time-settings.php to add one more time format to the list
