You can have list hidden and play videos one after another.
You can also play videos in exact order you want (1,5,2,3. etc.)
2. You can set Pre-, Mid-, Post- advertising videos in any order you want.
Advertising videos any be “connected” to exact video in list.
Adverting videos also can be set as “global” for entire list.

1. it will not slow down the page, code is minified and compact. Elite player is compatible with any cache plugin.
2. and 3. haven’t used it.
4. there are 2 ways of using it. Regularly create player and shortcode for each. Or, use the same shortcode everywhere with parameters. it’s best to try by your own.
5. Yes. It removes Watch later button from youtube. Not only that, it remove everything else from youtube, so youtube video is completly clean.

As a head up, the pre-roll timer function does not function in the latest update (tested on live and fresh sandbox install). The source is direct .mp4 streaming from Google Cloud which functions perfectly otherwise. Hopefully, this will be updated.

I recently purchased the “Elite Video Player” from codecanyon and I am quite happy with its performance. However, I am facing an issue regarding full screen mode in mobile devices. When I click on the full screen button, the video player does not automatically rotate to landscape mode and I have to manually rotate my mobile device.
Is there any way to make the video player automatically switch to landscape mode when the user clicks on the full screen button in mobile devices? I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

Pre-sales feedback: From what I can see, this plugin is mature, and fully supported … and rich with options. I’m building a custom ACF system which works with Gravity Forms, JSON Schema, WPBakery, etc that controls all aspects of destop / mobile display (and content), and have a handful of CTA options of which video is/will be one of them. This plugin appears to “do everything” and when looking at other options, I’m forced to say it basically does do everything. Though I haven’t yet purchased, thank you for this plugin … looking forward to getting it soon. * Chris

Greetings, I have a question. I have the plugin and I have installed. I create the playlist and I can see the playlist embed code [Elite_video_player id=”1”]. I can put the embed of the playlist but I can’t see an embed for an specific video nor they system shows me an share code or embed to an specific video. Can I embed an specific video that is inside of the playlist or do I need to create one playlist for each video that I want to add in order to put the individual video in order to see the embed code? thanks in advance

You don’t necessary need to create new player each time when you want to post video, you can use shortcode parameters, see here.
With shortcode parameters you can use only 1 shortcode and in each post/page only change video of the shortcode.
Beside that, there is option for deeplinking, you can can use parametar in url ?id=0 to target the specific video on page load. (0 is first video from playlist)

Elite video player works via shortcode. It supports shortcode parameters so you can use the same shortcode in each post, but only changing the video url in shortcode. For example:post1: [Elite_video_player mp4="video1.mp4"] post2: [Elite_video_player mp4="video2.mp4"] etc.Works fine with cdn as well as with any hosting. Download button can be hidden in player options, and you can disable right click to prevent ‘save’ video action. Standard for HTML5 video is mp4 format, but it supports m3u8 as well – which is more protected since page source will not display the video path.

It seems the latest version of plugin has some issues , I have updated the plugin from version 6.7.7 to version 6.8.1 . The latest version , is increasing page load more than 5 times . I had to revert it to previous version , now it works fine .
Please check this issue , you may make some changes in future updates .

there was several updates since v6.7.7. Updates included Vimeo API update to latest version.
And new features like:
- video ratio mobile
- fast forward/ fast backward buttons
We’ve emailed you detailed scripts update log v6.7.7 vs 6.8.1.
Difference is 18KB in latest version, which shouldn’t have a impact on page load, could be something else in your page. If needed, you can email us your page with latest version so we can check
