Trying to import diagflow intents you provided, getting this error with every json: “Bad intents content. If the content is of the CSV format, the error is: CSV header should contain 3 columns.”
So it appears that now “some” of them do import without errors (anything that doesn’t include usersays but nothing appears in the intent list?
Can we disable thumbnails in search results in the chat? How?

Yes, of course. The bot can work in any language. You will just have to change the texts used by the ChatBot from the WordPress dashboard. It will take you 10-15 minutes.

I am having trouble finding how to edit the help section items.
Can we give chatbot a set of PDFs or Product User Manuals and then restrict the chatbot to intelligently frame answers to user questions from that resource only, banning usage of internet in general? If it requires purchase of separate chatbot addon, what is the price of it? where can I see a demo of it?

You can disable the animation from Settings->General->Disable Bot Icon Animation

Can I push the information submitted by user in a form via this chat to my server/website? If yes, how does that work? I don’t see anything related to APIs or webhooks how that works.

We do not have non-wordpress version. However, you can install the chatbot on a WordPress site and then embed the same chatbot on any other non-wp sites. Except for site search other features will work.

Hi I have a presale question . The plugin looks great. I would like to know if I can create different chats for different wordpress pages for example: A chat for my about us page, a chat for the terms of use page, a chat for the policies and privacy page, and also if I can do the same for the posts, create different chats for different posts?
And of course, each of the chats, will treat, or have different workflows according to the information of the page or the post where it belongs.
In case it is not possible, could there be an alternative solution to create different chats?

It is not possible to create different bots for different pages. However, using the ChatBot pro->Retargeting feature you can trigger different Intents on different pages. In which case the Bot will be automatically triggered to open the chat window and show the Intent you selected.
You can create an Intent and response using Simple Text Responses or Conversational form.

Then the solution would be to create different simple response text conversations based on retargeting and intents for each topic or subject I want to address with the user, right? because finally our use case, based on your answer would be like this:
1. intent to open simple text response conversation about us: The user will interact with up to 50 questions that wpbot will ask him and in them wpbot may or may not send text, images or videos to the user.
2. Attempt to open a simple text response conversation about our policies: same as case one, 20 to 40 or more messages about our policies, asking and interacting with the user.
3. Attempt about a special promotion on our website: another new conversation for this attempt with several questions to interact with the user.
That way, it would be possible to implement those requirements with retargeting and simple text responses then?
