When i create event and add multiple schedule like for exempel : Monday 14:30 – 15:30 and Friday 15:30 – 16:30. All Events go in the monday.

Or normally my event must be in monday and Friday

2. After creating a shortcode, I see tabs to filter the data. But when I click on one of the tab, it shows All Events. How to avoid the full list being displays? This looks like a bug to me.

Hi, booking can be made only by registered users, so you would need to enable registration on your website. You can do this in ‘Settings->General’ panel by checking ‘Membership’ option.

Hello QuanticaLab, We have purchased the timetable plugin couple of years ago, always had it updated. Since the beginning we had issues with it, but managed to work around splitting the timetable in two (timetable for classes in pool and classes in studio), but now as the number of classes (events) increase – it just gets messed up. We have 17 different classes in one timetable and as soon as we add one more – the event boxes are in wrong time slots, there is a bug in colors – it is a mess. Tried everything, it just doesn’t work. All the plugins and website theme are updated. Any suggestions? Thank you.

HI, I have your plugin licensed via Prowess theme. Is it possible to request assistance? I have a problem with reservations, even the old ones remain active occupying slots unnecessarily, the plugin doesn’t actually manage a daily calendar, is that correct?

With timetable you’re assigning event hours to columns. As column title you can set location, weekday name, date as text etc. Anyway each column needs to be created in admin area, plugin is not generating columns for each year day automatically.

Plugin is compatible with every well developed WordPress theme, it will work fine also with Avada.
1. Yes, you can set for each event hour number of available slots, you can display this information also in timetable.
2. Plugin is translatable, so you set phrases in your language.

Hi, is it possible to link the timetable details to a google sheet, so that when they are updated in the google sheet, they are updated on my website where the plugin is installed? If this is not possible, is there any other way to update the timetable other than doing it via the backend of the website. My timetable needs to be updated regularly so i am hoping there is an easier way to update it rather than having to log in to my website backend each time?

Hello, I want to buy your plugin. If you allow me, I have a question for you, and I will be glad if you answer it. through my website. Online Reservations are being made. One of these reservations is doctor reservations. I want customers to be able to track doctor reservation hours on the site. Can reservation availability hours be shown so that reservations can be made? Example for a sick doctor. If a reservation is made at 14:00 on a Monday, can the next customer be shown that this time is not available? When a different customer wants to make an appointment for the same doctor, are the previous appointment occupancy times shown?

For each event hour you can set the number of available slots. If booking will be made the number of available slots will be decreased by 1. You can check on plugin demo how the number of available slots is displayed in timetable: https://quanticalabs.com/wp_plugins/timetable/ If you would like to have only 1 available slot per event, then you can of course set the availability to 1, so if someone will book for this hour, it won’t be available for other customers.

I have a client who used your plugin and we have two issues that we are hoping we can get support on.

Every Monday, the dates would reset and be off by one day. This would then affect the appointments getting booked incorrectly.

WE were also looking to auto generate an email with daily class lists so that the instructors will know who to expect in their classes

We’re not providing trial version, anyway if you have more questions please feel free to ask. Plugin is not providing save/print option for tooltip as the one from given example.

I got the same error about the $bookings (if it’s NULL it makes an error) Fixed this by editing in a similar way :

File db.class.php Line : instead of : return $result; I did : return is_array($result) ? $result : array();

But i think the SQL request should return and array, instead of testing it with PHP ?
