It looks like you can’t edit an event on PHP 8.x anymore, because there is a fatal error.
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: count(): Argument #1 ($value) must be of type Countable|array, null given in /www/htdocs/wp/wp-content/plugins/timetable/post-type-events.php:261
Additionally, there is a deprecated notice:
PHP Deprecated: Constant FILTER_SANITIZE_STRING is deprecated in /www/htdocs/wp/wp-content/plugins/timetable/class/sp-bookings.class.php on line 147
The notice should be fixed for the future, but the fatal error is breaking the edit feature and you only get a white screen of death (WSOD).

Hi, no, this is not solved with version 7.2. The issue is (as seen above) in post-type-events.php on line 261. There are no bookings, so the variable is “null” and no array, therefore count() is producing a fatal error.
I “hotfixed” it for me with this code: if ( is_array( $bookings) ) { for($i=0, $max_i=count($bookings); $i<$max_i; $i++) { $bookings_array[$bookings$i][] = $bookings[$i]; } }

I have a question before buying.
I would like to know if it is possible to permanently assign some users to certain events that would be repeated from week to week and that other empty places can be booked with them?
Can the user who booked the appointment cancel it? If he can cancel the appointment, can it be set that it is possible to cancel no later than 2 hours before the start of the event?

Events will be assigned to timetable columns as long as you won’t remove them, so timetable is recurring by default. Also slots can stay booked as long as you won’t free them, so this is possible.
User who booked will receive confirmation email with cancel link, so booking can be canceled by clicking on that link. To limit cancel time custom code will be needed.
I have one last question. Is it possible to disable user access for a specific event in advance?
For each event you can set number of available slots and number of slots which single user can book. If you will set the number to 0, then event won’t be available.

1. Yes, all timetables are customizable, there are appropriate options for booking button, so you can enable/disable it or change its appearance.
2. You can put any label/title in column header in each of timetable examples.
3. and 4. Booking popup is customizable in shortcode generator, so you can add your custom content there.

After login and booking – thank you popup will be displayed (it is customizable in plugin settings). Yes, all bookings are listed in admin area, additionally admin and customer are receiving email confirmation. WooCommerce integration isn’t included. Next to ‘Live Preview’ button you will find ‘Screenshots’ button, there are some from admin area, so you can take a look how it looks there.

We will release next version in upcoming months. You can use plugin for any purpose you like, if it has all functionalities that you need. Timetable is customizable, you can fill it with your custom data.
Plugin works well with Elementor. You just need to put [tt_timetable] shortcode on your page to display timetable.
You can have multiple timetables, you can display them by events/events categories/events hours categories. So you need to assign categories to events, then select which ones should be displayed. Or create separate events for each timetable, then select them for display.

Plugin is also including own shortcode builder, so you can generate and save shortcode using configuration form, then put [tt_timetable shortcode_id=’your_shortcode_id’] shortcode on the page created with Gutenberg. We haven’t tested plugin for WCAG requirements, so I won’t be able to give declaration on that.

1. Members can cancel booking using link which will be send with booking confirmation email. It is also possible to cancel booking from admin area.
2. Customer can enter message when making booking (guest booking option) or can reply to booking confirmation email if you will provide email box address.
3. Plugin is not providing earnings and payments integration.
4. Such a functionality is not included, so you will need to customize the plugin to add that.
5. Yes, all functionalities presented in demo and described are included. There are no add-ons for extra cost available/required.
Hello, I believe that your “Timetable Responsive Schedule” plugin is used by Qode Interactive, inside of their WordPress “Booth” theme, to deal with creating and managing Events. Our hopes for a client’s website, would be that the actual list of events gets pulled (via API) off of EventBrite and duplicated within the WordPress site. The makes of the “Booth” theme state there is not specific ability to syncronise with EventBrite, but since their Events section uses your plugin, you might potentially know more? Thanks!

I want to have the following functionality, I want to use is for a gym online class bookings in bundles. Book 1 slot for pilates mat at a specific time, a TRX class at another time and so on. But I want to be able to offer specific bundles of 1,4,8,12,16 lessons. Is it possible?
Yes it works with Elementor. Plugin is own providing shortcode generator. After shortocode will be generated (it will look like [tt_timetable shortcode_id=’your_id’]) you need to put in inside your page content with any editor. Using for example shortcode, text or raw html component. You can book only for single event at once, bulk booking is not available. So if customer would like to book multiple hours, then he need to do that separately for each.
