I only used the data from your video for the US and Germany and tried “laptop” or “iPhone.” I’m giving up after an hour of testing. Too bad…

Thanks for the quick support. Now I can import products for the US, but not for Germany. I tested both your ID and mine, and neither of them works. I haven’t tried other countries yet. I left my ID in there, so feel free to test it yourself, though it shouldn’t make a difference.
I checked and it seems that amazon.de is blocking my demo server’s IP address, as I tried the same from my own test server and from there it worked without issues.
In this case, you can use a proxy, you can add it in plugin’s settings -> ‘Web Proxy Address List’ settings field.

2. Yes, you can change the affiliate ID and customize it with your ID
3. No, filtering for products with coupons is not possible, but I noted this idea.
4. Not yet required, but if the Amazon website will add in the future more security, this might be required. But currently not required.
5. Updates are available lifetime.
6. Generating an RSS feed can be done if you combine the Amazomatic plugin with Echo RSS: https://codecanyon.net/item/echo-rss-feed-post-generator-plugin-for-wordpress/19486974 Echo RSS can create custom RSS feeds from posts from your WordPress site.

Do you have access to the Amazon API? As this product can be queried from Amazon only if you have Amazon API access (requires your affiliate account to have generated at least 3 sales in the last 150 days).

hi, i do have some presale questions:
1) Does your plugin support the seamless importation of affiliate Amazon products (with my amazon affiliate TAG) into WooCommerce?
2) Can it automatically synchronize any modifications made to a product on Amazon on WooCommerce? For instance, if there are changes to the price or on Amazon, will these updates be reflected on WooCommerce added products too?
3) Additionally, if a product becomes unavailable on Amazon, will it be automatically removed (hidden) from WooCommerce as well?
4) Is it possible for the plugin to directly retrieve information from Amazon, such as reviews and featured images, without the need for re-uploading to the site / to woocommerce, and most important will the featured image from amazon stay on amazon servers (or will the fatured image be reuploaded to wordpress media server)?
5) Also, I heard about the error: “TooManyRequests: The request was denied due to request throttling” from Amazon. If someone does not sell 3 products every 30 days, Amazon will deactivate the API module. Do you encounter such errors with your plugin and Amazon API too?

1. Yes, the plugin ca be integrated into WooCommerce so it creates External Products and link them back to Amazon, with you affiliate tag added.
2. No, auto sync is currently not supported.
3. No, this is also not yet possible.
4. You can upload images to WordPress or use the FIFU plugin to link images directly to Amazon source.
5. Currently the plugin can also scrape products directly (not using Amazon API). You can switch to tye API method after you make the 3 initial sales on your affiliate account.

Hi Szabi, Your support site gives error 509 so I will need to post my problem here.
I am using a new post type, say Products, for Amazomatic. But when I set it to add tags and categories, it added to those in Posts. The tags and categories remain empty after a few trial runs, while those for Posts are filled in long lists with empty post linkage.
Did I setup wrong or a bug indeed?

Regarding your question, if you want to add tags and categories to a custom post type, you need to use the ‘Post Custom Taxonomies’ settings field, as the categories of custom post types are custom taxonomies (not regular categories).
For this, you will need to find the taxonomy ID of the custom category type, for WooCommerce products this is: product_cat
The syntax for this field is the following: custom_taxonomy_name1 => custom_taxonomy_value1A, custom_taxonomy_value1B; custom_taxonomy_name2 => custom_taxonomy_value2A, custom_taxonomy_value2B; ...

Post Custom Taxonomies:
product_cat => Shoes

I am not using WooCommerce but a newly created custom post type. Say, I have existing custom categories created as in tag_ID=66 and tag_ID=66, a tag as tag_ID=67. So in the “Search to Posts” settings page, I shall:
1. Disable “Additional Post Category”, “Auto Add Categories”, “Auto Add Tags”.
2. Add in “Post Custom Taxonomies”: tag_ID=66 => %item_cats % tag_ID=67 => %item_tags %

If you have an affiliate account with no sales, the plugin will still work, but only using the direct Amazon access method (not the official API from Amazon).

Currently, the plugin will generate new posts or pages, based on the keywords and settings you add in its settings. The plugin is currently not integrated directly in Elementor, however, it can still create new posts and pages for Elementor, which can be edited after creation, using this page editore.
