I have used this plugin for a few clients over the past few years and I’m very happy with it. One of my clients Facebook sites has been hacked recently and Facebook have disabled his account. He is unlikely to get it back and has now started a new Fb page. His images were mostly stored on his old FB account and synced to the website. Is there anywhere the images are archived at all on my end of the site so that I can at least recover them for him?

Our plugin supports Twitter. However, due to the new Twitter/X API limit of 10k tweets per month, the demos will stop displaying Twitter content at the end of the month. Twitter demos will resume on March 11th.

when i first got this i used to be able to update the feed without refreshing the page, i know things off changed since then, but i was wondering if there was a way? of updating feeds without having to refresh all the time?

Yes, there is no longer an auto page refresh functionality, as it was causing performance problems. The social stream will be updated when someone visits your web page, based on a cache lifetime configured within the plugin settings.

In the authentication API setup for Wordpress I can only authenticate one Facebook page. Can’t include 3 different FB streams? I have my website in 3 languages and 3 different Facebook pages according to each language. Same for Instagram. Thanks.

You just need to click the “Connect Facebook Page(s)” button again to connect a different account.
If all your pages are under the same Facebook account, all of them will be connected in one connection.

I apologies for the issue you are facing.
If you are connecting your Facebook and Instagram accounts to the plugin using “Our App method, it will be infinite and it should NEVER expire. The API connections on our demo website have never expired for the past year!
There should be some reasons for API credential expiration which are as below:
1. You are using the plugin on multiple websites and using different API connections instead of using the “Already connected on another website” method.
2. Your web server has a problem and Facebook is blocking the connections from your server.
3. Facebook is blocking the access token for any reason like changing your account password or making changes in security settings or login from unknown locations.

I have a question: I read the documentation and understand that after connecting the facebook API. Need to create a social board to get the ID and display it outside the Font-end.
