Hi, What is the value of adding multiple OpenAI API keys? I don’t see a good one.
Support for Wisper is on our plans, same as for API.
Referring to one of my previous comments, multiple API keys will allow us manage our expenses and earnings from Open AI more effectively as we can let Free users use one API key and Paid users use another API key. So that we can see what we are spending on Free users and and what we are earning from Paid users. Another thing is, we can keep changing the free user API key when we had just launched the website to minimize our expenditures for a start.
I see, no plans for that, as it is not a common scenario.
I have a problem when I install the app. after then I enter DB information of install screen, I get 500 error. This error is not from apache level but from appliaction level. Then When I go ’<SITE UTL>/install’ folder again, I can seee the error message popup. The error message is like this “Failed to migrate the database. SQLSTATEHY000 Access denied for user ‘root’@’localhost’ (using password: YES) (SQL: select * from information_schema.tables where table_schema = aiapp and table_name = migrations and table_type = ‘BASE TABLE’)”. I think there is problem installer install DB. FYI, the DB connection information was correct. My php version is 8.1.17. Mysql Version is 5.7.41

Make sure that your DB user can access the Database, and that DB password is accurate. Otherwise send us a support request.

Depends on the level of modification, if issue is due to the modification, then we will not be able to troubleshoot as we didn’t change that part of the code. Support covers original files only.

If it was working when you installed it, then you might have reached your billing limits with openai. Logs are under storage/logs/laravel.log

1) Currently on Davince Settings there are just 2 users settings. For Admin Group and for User Group. However there is an option for Pro Tempelates. Will you add option for Pro User Groups in order to be able sale different packages for Standard Users and different packages for Pro Users.
Can you please add different settings for Pro Users or allow us create different User Groups with our own settings on each group?
For example Standard users will have Maximum Result Length 1000 and access to Standard Tempelates and Pro users will have Maximum Result Length 4000+ and access to All Tempelates.
2) Currenlty payment methods are limited. Can you please add option/settings that allow Admin to add a user on a subscription plan manually?
For example someone process payment with my own payment method and not through Davinci saas and then I can manually add a user and add him manually on subscription plan that I choose. Can you do this?
3) Add option to add our own Template Categories.

2) Yes Sir, this is a must have feature. Other scripts already have the option to manually assign on subscription plan to users.Please add this on 1.5 update. Also will be good idea if you can add Private subscription Plan (That will be Not show on the customer page and only the admin panel can assign this plan to the customer.)

4) Bank payment is not working as expected. When someone choose plan and pay with Bank , then account is automatically activate credits on user account. But on bank trasfer we should first check if the payment is valid and then manually activate the account and credits. So bank payments should put user on pending until we manually check payment and if we receive money then manually activate user credits/account
With that been said maybe is good idea to:
5) Add admin option to manage user “Status” like: Active, Pending, Suspended etc…

Upon checking your live preview, I saw that the document is not auto saving on Document list after generating the content, so if our user forgot save the generated content, their token will be deducted without the content, on the other hand when I save the document, the description I write to generate the content is not included on the saved document, so when I write a content about digital marketing, “digital marketing” is not included on the Saved document, only the generated content is there.

Auto save feature was removed in v1.3 update, now you have to save it manually if you want to store it. Otherwise, user would have ton of not needed content saved.
Initial input is not saved, as there could be many input fields, and you wouldn’t want to save them all. And it would certainly not work for custom templates as we don’t know what kind of input fields admin creates.

Yearly plan is a one time payment per year. It is up to you to set prices accordingly. Ex: Monthly plans costs – 20$, but you can set Yearly plan as 200$ for example, thus user saves 40$ if goes with Yearly plan directly, hopefully you got the idea. Other than that, no plans to alter the pricing via script at this point.

b) it’s also not clear if app should be created as Merchant or Platform as PayPal has these 2 options.
I have followed tutorial for adding webhook and paypal key and secret when I try and test with my wifes account it says “Paypal authentication error, verify your paypal settings first” i have tried messing re doing steps to make sure I have not missed anything and I havent does same thing.

There is no support request about paypal from your side, reply to the latest communication with your paypal details.
Adding paytr is possible, but it will be up to you to implement, you might want to consider hiring a developer. There are too many local payment gateways that are specific to one country only, hence we cannot address them all from our side on our future updates.
Adding different payment gateways for different countries will increase the sales of your product in those countries. Too bad you don’t want this. Payment gateways are needed for different countries. You will be at the top.
If you hire a developer, the code will be broken. Updates will become impossible. Why do I need it?
Then make a modular system so that you can add your own modules and not harm the script. We will then be able to add different modules and payment systems ourselves, and we will not be afraid that the script will not be updated due to the changes made.

It is not that we don’t want it, it is that we don’t have much free time. Each local payment gateway first requires getting to know it, features, limitations, how it works etc. Plus there are a lot of countries. When it comes to payment gateways, priority would be given to the ones which are used in multiple countries, regions. Like: MercadoPago, 2Checkout, etc..
Nothing will be broken, payment gateway files live independently from one another (modular in some sort). Only the main connecting file might be overwritten. When we will release an update with a new payment gateway, it will be a standalone update, which you can either update or put back your changes that you made to the updated connecting file(s)
It’s better that all payment gateways were modules so that you can upgrade without problems.
If we add a payment gateway. Can we send you the whole script so that you turn on the update so that you can update later without problems? Or can we send you a payment system module so that you can integrate it for future updates?

I have a general chatgpt question and how it functions within a site setup with this plugin. I believe the chatgpt model could learn from prompts – for example “my business Awesome Cookies sells cookies” >>> next prompt “write me a blog post about my business’s yummy cookies”. Questions: Does the “learning” persist across the lifetime of my API account being active? or how doesn that work? Thinking of multiple logged-in users, how does the “learning” work – does each user get contextualized learning or does the learning occur at a global level? To expand on my last question, will the model learn in a contextualized fashion – respond to user’s prompts based on knowing the inputs from other users – since it is one API key access being used by all? ANy help will be greatly appreciated.

No, what you are referring to is a chat system, templates do not consider historic inputs by you or user. Openai stopped using user input data to train their models (at least they say so putlicly), even if they did, you wouldn’t notice much difference anyways. AI learning is outside of anyone’s control but openai, so you cannot influence that at all. You use one API key, that is correct, but that is only to communicate with openai to produce results, it does not take into consider your user inputs and somehow group them, most likely it won’t even notice.
