No, that is an html input field, you cannot expand it, same as in any input field on any web platform. Besides it is asking you for just a title and you are entering too much instructions there.

Marketing is up to you. All payment gateway are listed in the description. Checkout the demo for for sample data. GDPR notification is there, can be set via admin panel. You create payment plans, and profit purely depends on what margin you set.

Both are for usage on single domain. With extended license you get a free installation from our side (only if you have cpanel/plesk environments), and you can resell the script as is to someone else, 1 Extended license = 1 person. If you want to run SaaS business by yourself, both license would work.

Yes you can, script comes with all sass files included, so you need to edit them and compile to generate a new css file. You might want to hire a developer for customization work.

All sass files are under resources/sass/ directory, you can change fonts and colors there, make sure to compile sass files afterwards to generate a new app.css file. You can start with _variables.scss there for color changing.

OK, I did not see that part and I have no Idea that I can’t even modify it myself without hiring a developer. As simple as changing colours and fonts should not cost me extra dollars since I paid the extended license. I’m going to ask for a refund so I can buy from others. This is useless for me since I don’t know anything about coding….

Well, I did not say that I wasn’t happy of the script, that Is to be determined yet. But I am not happy of the support when I bought the extended license. You guys don’t answer right away. I understand how busy you are but at least answer after a day or 2 not almost 24 hours. That is too long….My fear is what if there will paying clients and subscribers? I don’t know anything about coding…. I bought few products here and they are running well and making income. So I am confident of the service of the site… As simple as changing the font and colours should not be that hard since you know what to do. And you created the product yourself. I bought the regular one because I found a developer that will help me change all the need modification what I want.
All customization support requests are not covered under codecanyon support policy, regardless of which license type you buy. Refer to the support tab. Support response time is stated there as well, and we don’t support your end users or subscribers, support only is limited to the script itself. There is a codecanyon support policy of what is included and what is not, and we follow that.

Partner logos are under pubilc/img/files/ directory, make sure to keep image names and extensions exactly the same.
ok thank you. So when I tested it as a new account registered, there was a resend verification email, the page became error when clicked. So I looked for the email, found the verification in spam folder. Then when I click the verification, the page was error 500. How can I correct this?
Try to repeat that process to get 500 error and send us your logs to check. Also be aware that email verification button in the email has a timer, don’t remember exactly, but for obvious security reasons it expires after some hours.
few issue here. When tested with a new account registered. It was asking for a verification. Nothing sent. When resend verification. also nothing. Checked the spam and nothing still.

You will need to include that new text both in en.json and your language files, but also you need to make sure that new text of yours is properly wrapped with curly brackets. Check out the doc later today, we will update the Translation page, there I will showcase how to translate text that you included by yourself in any place within the script.

Is it also possible for the admin to choose between what each plan users can do? Example, a starter plan for 10usd will not be able to export Ai content while premium plan can export? or maybe have access to some features accordingly just an example to differiante the features.

Yes you have control for that via admin panel. In the demo under Finance Management – Subscription plans click edit on anyone, and see what is inside.
You can control what free user can or cannot do via Davinci Settings page.
The referral system is not working for some reason. I have over 40 members that have registered through a rotator of other members and no referrals appear in the status. Any suggestions?

We will test them before releasing v1.4 update.
When you refer someone, if they used your link for registration, your referral id will be listed as referrer for them in the database. And when someone makes a payment, you get that commission as you set in the admin panel.
