Interesting, I’m not sure then, right now I’m connected to the website at exact same url and even logged in there. If you have a proxy server, you might want to disable it for the moment, or try with another browser. Without digging to your local network configs, I wouldn’t be able to tell what is the reason, as it is just a standard domain without any fancy DNS settings.
I honestly can not believe the amount of idiotic comments I am seeing, many of you are seriously crying about a product that is being offered for $59 that can potentially make you hundreds of thousands of dollars. Yall are lucky to EVEN GET A PRODUCT LIKE THIS that would cost tens of thousands of dollars to create it from scratch. You realize Berkine has one of the most amount of tickets right now? Do you seriously think one man can respond instantly? The product is perfect, if it’s not then shut up and hire developers to fix it how you want.
On the bright side, I am thankful I found Berkine at the right time after buying 5 other OpenAI SaaS, this one by far had the most perfect features and potential. There is no reason if you are loving the GPT revolution to not buy this product. Even for your custom personal use!

, there are support time SLAs and codecanyon support policy conditions in terms of what is included an what is not, but seems like people don’t read that. In any case, we would appreciate if people simply appreciated other people in the queue. Crying out loud in the comment will not force as drop everything and focus on that particular case, as we value the order and queue, plus the SLA time. If we missed the SLA, then yes, that is our fault and we will prioritize that case. There are so many features we could already have developed by now, I wish we had more time for that.

I am having a new issue I just discovered. When someone tries to register, fills in all of their info, and presses the button to register, it goes to a 404 page. However, when you try to register again, it says email has already been used. So it’s registering them but not redirecting as it should.
I will open a ticket for this, but it is probably never going to get a response. The developer makes good software, but their customer support is as bad as it gets. Which honestly makes the software garbage because most of us require the support we are promised. This needs to be fixed asap.

If you don’t like the script, you can ask a refund at any time, no problem from our end to approve it.
If you have enabled email verification, make sure your smtp settings are accurate and you can actually send a test email. Or disable email verification.
When the developer needs to cover their irresponsibility up by lies, saying that their customers “no need to pretend”, then that is the reddest of red flags.
Just to be sure, I did a search query in my email to the name of “Berkine”. Guess what came up? Only responses to my comments on Codecanyon. This means the developer will put on a show, pretending not to be the problem that is lacking with support. However, in the place that matters, the actual support tickets (that aren’t live as comments are on codecanyon), the developer does not respond to.
Doubt me? Then do a search here of the comments and see others, like myself, unhappy about not getting their support tickets answered. This isn’t my first purchase on Codecanoyn. I’ve bought hundreds of products here.
Berkine, if the load of answering support tickets is too heavy, then say so. Take responsibility, and we will be more understanding. Don’t blame your customers as lying or “pretending” when you know you’re bogged down. Instead, hire someone to help you respond to all of these tickets.

I just searched my email again. I have absolutely no emails from you guys. Why are they not coming up? They aren’t in the spam folder either. What is causing this? I haven’t blocked emails from envato. I get them all the time from other developers support tickets.
I don’t know, check your spam or deleted emails form 11th. We will respond to your new case within few hours after we finish some stuff here. So have some patience.

Hi! Through support, I have sent an email, please check. It’s a critical error which was caused during the SMPT setup.
It’s ok, I fixed it. But for your info sir, When i entered SMTP and clicked on save. I was unable to see anything on my website and all the pages went totally blank. I changed the SMTP values from .env file to default and now it’s working.

Thanks for letting us know that issue is fixed. When enter a value to SMTP settings that contains a whitespace, it is an incorrect value, and hence you face that effect. But I see you have a good knowledge of laravel and was able to figure that out by yourself.

Can you please look at the comments section, somewhere at the beginning question about “Google detected…” case has been resolved. You just need to request a review or something, there was a button for that in the same Google interface where you saw this message. I have even provided a link to request a review at the beginning of comments section to someone who faced same issue.

I have found the page which was causing this issue. So it’s, https://domain.com/admin/settings/upgrade.
So this admin/settings/upgrade page is casuing the both search cosole and google chrome to show this warning. Can you please fix it?
You will need to request a review via your google console, as you can see in image 1, there is not much we can do as we cannot influence google’s decision. In the 2nd image, if you type: openaidavinci.textract.ai, you will see that our domain will pass without any issues, it might be also due to your domain being new as well.
We cannot do anything with admin/settings/upgrade path, as it is required to download the updates for auto update feature. Google could be complaining simply because it is pointing to another website – our license server. This part is not visible to users, and only for admins only.

Regarding Video AI we will see, not sure if upcoming GPT4 will actually provide something like that.

Yes you can, but you will need to customize the script accordingly by yourself, or by hiring a 3rd party developer.

At the moment no, include them in the feature request list in the product description with more details and links to these payment gateways. There are already some listed in that list.

Regarding Blog section, I noticed that all the blog post images getting loaded in home page (ex : if I have 25 posts, then all the 25 images are downloaded from server) due to which server load and page size got impacted. Please do something thing for blog section.
Also if I try to access https://example.com/blog or blogs, the blog section is inaccessible.
Please do some upgrade for blog section as this is the only way for content SEO and organic traffic.

In the blog section of homepage, it is a carousel of all existing blogs, not sure what is the ask here from your side.
The path https://example.com/blog is not accessible directly, you have to click on a blog first, that page needs to know which blog to show. In v1.5 we are planning to redesign frontend a bit, and there we will redesign blogs section too.

If you make https://example.com/blog accessible that would be great. By accessing https://example.com/blog you can show all blog post categorized with Tags. In simple like Wordpress kind of structure.
