How do we get the admin dashboard to update and show the estimated spending so that we can determine how best to adjust pricing?

Estimated spending is purely based on current text generation tasks run. Image generation cost is not factored in yet. For actual spending visit your openai account, as estimated spending is just for high level information only.
CRON is needed to verify user subscription renewal payments, it run at midnight, hence you won’t see it until that specific time.

You need to create it is a subscription plan, there you have a option to make the plan free. In Davinci Settings, under Free Trial section, you can also set one time benefits for new registered users.

Gpt-3.5-turbo is already there, you can switch between models in admin panel. We will release changelog upon releasing the update, at the moment is too early to list it. Yes you can charge your users with Regular license.

1 – You can change logo in SEO & Logos page in the admin panel. To change styling, we have all sass files under resources/sass/ directory, you can change them accordingly and compile afterwards.
2 – Refer to the documentation where it states that apache server is required, hence we don’t support nginx server.

2 – when we will clear most of the support requests, in a couple days
3 – send a screenshot of where you see them. In v1.4 there were a lot words included in en.json file, want to make sure we didn’t miss the one you are referring to

Openai can take up to 30 seconds to generate depending on the model you set, the more powerful openai model you use (can be set in the admin panel) the longer it takes to generate results. We are using one of the most capable models in the demo.

Refer to the Translate tab for instructions on how to translate the interface. We don’t have plans to include translate editor in admin panel as translating like that is super slow vs the json file.

No, Free trial package can be set for as a monthly/yearly reoccurring plan. If there will be high demand, we might create a free trial package which valid only some days without reoccurring option.

Current free trial plan is an endless plan, it will not trigger an email for upgrade, it will simply renew after 1 month or year, depending on which one you set
