1. I have checked and found that the team section on your site is configured to be visible only on desktop devices through your page builder (WPBakery Page Builder). Please review your settings to ensure it is displayed correctly across all devices.
2. I noticed that JavaScript files have been set to load with the defer attribute, which is causing some scripts to malfunction. Please review your caching or optimization plugin settings, and avoid setting JavaScript files to load as defer. After adjusting, re-check the issue.

I would like to check the following please. I need to create a team page with 2 filters at the top. The page will load with all team members in a specific order, but users should also be able to filter the team members by location if they’d like to (choice of 2 locations) and by speciality (2 as well). So the team grid would allow to filter my team members accordingly depending on location and/or speciality. Some team members might work in 1 or 2 of the locations; and they might have 1 speciality or 2. Can I achieve this with your plugin? What will the filter look like? A button and a select drop-down? Also, is there a reset filters functionality? Thank you.

You can only filter by location and category, as shown on this demo page: https://exthemes.net/teampress/style-10/ You may select only one location and one category at a time. Multiple locations or categories cannot be selected simultaneously during filtering.
There is no reset filters functionality, and the filtering feature only works as shown on the demo page. Please review the demo page to ensure it meets your requirements.

There is a major fault in this plugin. The social media links do not open in a new window, and that is very bad for the SEO of the page. The visitor leaves the page and we lose the time spent on the website. And there is no option to change that. How can this be fixed?

I’m currently using the “Team Grid by Code Help” plugin. I’ve added around 800 people, and my website has become incredibly slow—especially the admin panel. When I disable the plugin, the speed returns to normal. I’m planning to add thousands more.

Why don’t you add options to disable featured images? Also options to hide the categories or edit the plugin names? I don’t understand why you don’t do something professional with this beautiful complement? for example: they should fix the header and adjust the menu and the numerical letters and make it look nice. This plugin already has everything you need, you just need to add options and make the header look pretty.
This plugin is currently the best and needs you to add 4 to 7 very nice header and above all that it fits well on a cell phone. because if you enter from a cell phone you can see that it is a disaster to see the categories or the search engine everything is out of order and I do not understand how you allow that to continue like this… I want to buy this again for a new website but I want you to do something distinct.

SO I have to pay money to get something simple like having two columns on mobile? That will make me never buy another plugin from you again. Two columns should already be an option for the plugin. Making me pay extra is not good customer service. I dont need anything else but CSS code for two columns. Be fair to customers who purchased your plugin!

You do not understand. I am saying that my request is not a special request. The option to have two columns on mobile view should already be an option in the plugin. You already have created the CSS and it should have already been added in the last update. I paid $29 for the plugin and now you want me to pay $21 to get a CSS code that I should not need because it should already be an option! That is ok I will have my developer figure out the CSS code and I will NEVER purchase a plugin from Ex- Themes again.

you should update the menu design, for example: if you choose a category with the name (pedro) the name of the category does not change to pedro, it still says category… you should dedicate at least 30 minutes of your time and modify the graphic design, make it look good, also there are no style options on the way the pages look, there is no back or forward button… I think you have a long time without doing anything important to this plugin.. please do something that makes a difference we are still seeing the same thing since this started
