One word. Fantastic!

While this is a nice plugin, it's difficult to customize and there's no preview. The focus on social media is weird - I've never seen an organization that wants to publish all of their employees PERSONAL contact information; yet there's not a method for the #1 thing an organization might want to display - the person's office phone extension. You can hunt around for the CSS selectors, but many of the same selectors are used for the preview and the modal/lightbox, which means modal styling often can't be different than the thumbnail styling. And a big one is: while you can setup different groupings of team members with some variance to the front end display, many of the settings apply to every instance of the plugin. So if you want to show your sales team, management team, and board of directors on different site pages, you're kind of stuck with those all looking the same.

This could be a really powerful plugin if there was more control-panel customization, more flexible selectors, and a preview showing your changes vs. find the selector, make the change, empty the cache and refresh, rinse and repeat. And being able to have multiple uses with different styling for each would add some flexibility.
