Not sure when you updated, if you haven’t yet, make sure to follow the steps in the Update tab in the docs, if you face any issues, refer to Troubleshooting tab, we have a fix pretty much for most of the things. For applying UI changes (styles) as you see on the demo, you will need to either replace public/css/app.css that comes from your codecanyon download (get the latest version), or recompile sass files to generate a new app.css. All css style change for v1.3 are in the _v1.3.scss file.

Based on your logs, you are running CRON with php8.2, make sure to point your php bin directory of php8.1 version, as script is built with php8.1.
I don’t know, your screenshots doesn’t tell me much. CRON run every 24 hours, so unless if you are getting an error in your logs every 24 hours, I wouldn’t be able to tell by looking at these 2 images.

1 – it is possible that we forgot them, in v1.4 more text will be included, some people already shared a good list with screenshots. You can do that as well, just a small screenshot of what we might have missed could help.
2 – in the Admin Panel – General Settings – Registration settings turn on Email verification option and click save.
3 – of course you can, in the Admin Panel – Davinci settings you can change models dynamically both for users and admin groups. And you can also create subscription plans with different models for each plan
4 – send us a support request to see that,
5 – emails are under resources/views/email/ folder, but it does not include registration emails as they are generated by the laravel framework dynamically, we can see in the future updates if we can bring them forward

The problem is, that my logo is the same in black + white background. In the demo site it is changing, but my logo stay the same 
I don’t find the CSS or template where I can hardcode-it.
On the logo color change, we are using a custom js file which does not come with the script, as most people use a color logo, and in our case it is just a black and white text. If you need that js file, send us a support request, we will share send it to you via email.

1 – copyright lines at login pages have been removed in v1.4 update as they don’t add much value there anyways
2 – good call out, I think we will add a field in the prepaid plans that will link it with the existing subscription plan name, and user will be aware what he is topping up for.
3 – please include coinpayments gateway into the feature request list in the description, we haven’t reached the point
4 – not sure what you mean by payeer method, is this a gateway? if so, include in the feature request list like point 3
5 – it is on our roadmap, will come after we will be done with core features otherwise we will have to come back to it with each update
6 – new languages are in the future roadmap
7/8 – is in the roadmap
9 – resolution is purely depended on openai, hence they will not change at the moment.

Don’t worry, all of them have it installed. If you face an issue, you can always request a support with us. And if we fail to install, no problem, you get a refund.
99% of installation issues are always related 2 things: incorrect db credentials provided during setup (not sure why people don’t get it write), or symlink() php function being disabled in their hosting. There is log file under storage/logs/laravel.log, which always tell the truth when it comes to what went wrong during installation, so it is easy to identify without even involving us for the most part.

In your admin panel – davinci settings, increase the max result limits to 1500 or more as needed both for User and Admin groups.
If inside the template you see fixed 200, refer to the Troubleshooting tab in the documentations, there is a fix for that. And afterwards you will get long text results.

Send a screenshot of any of the template via support request. It could be due to your language, as OpenAI mainly supports English as a primary language.

Can you explain what you mean by reference is lost? Reference id is visible only once when person registers, after that you will not see that reference id in the url as it is just a cookie.
With custom landing page you should still be able to use referral system is there is a middleware for cookies, so it is not tracking based on the url of a homepage itself but a combination of url/ref=... and tracks the ending /ref=.. part. Hope it makes sense.

Thanks for the videos, I see you are testing from the same browser. That will not work, as you already have session cookies stored from your previous user, incognito mode will not work as well as it that case no cookies are considered at all. For referral to work, you need to send it to someone else to register. Like for example in the first video, you see in the DB some of the users were referred by user 1 and 2, etc.
