Have you any plan for adding more payment options? Paypal, Stripe don’t work on many countries. So, we are on trouble for payment gateways. I want to buy this awesome script but payment gateway is a problem for me

Please add them as soon as possible. PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay, Paystack don’t work on our country (Bangladesh). Please add a Bangladeshi payment system if you can. 
Stripe is not working. A customer is trying to subscribe and they are getting this error: https://prnt.sc/L9kngv7fQYvf , Everything in Stripe is perfectly configured as per instructions and I have followed troubleshooting, I have no idea what to do, all I know is I cannot close a sale because stripe transaction not going through.
Send a support request with screenshot of your create subscription plan. Check with prepaid plans as well.

Can you please follow up on this? No email reply, no comment reply. It has been 17 hours and my issue is regarding a basic function of being able to sell subscriptions to customers, which right now I can’t. I have customers that want to start paying via stripe and the system is simply not working, I would categorize a stripe related issue kind of important, since it would halt the cashflow of a business.
Imagine credit card processing stopped working in Envato for developers? You think Envato would be worried about other issues? It would stop the cashflow of them and every developer here.
I don’t mean to rush you, but I see you keep addressing other stuff, and this, an actual very important issue is not being addressed.

I will test, but I am using BRAVE Browser, based on chrome. Did you test stripe subscriptions were working? to all your email questions the answer is Yes, I have created product IDs and followed everything to the letter. I will test with 3 other browsers and I will let you know. Would be nice if we can assign subscriptions, that way we can collect payment outside of website in a Terminal or more efficient way for those of us who do direct sales.
Please use emails for support case, there is absolutely no reason to duplicate in both places.
Stripe still broken, Cannot sell subscriptions and I have done everything by the book.
UPDATE: I have actually figured out what’s going on. The Stripe system works, however, instructions in the settings are wrong. It asks for Product ID, however, you need to put Price ID, not product ID. That will fix it and Stripe will work. I am posting the solution here as so many have the same issue.
I also purchased the software, but I am unable to install it due to database issues. I have already submitted a request for support, but I have not received a response yet. I believe that this is not just my problem, and that a fundamental solution needs to be found.
We are investigating if it is a common issue, stay tuned. So far after checking logs most of the time people were inaccurate with their input data

Refer to Frontend tab in the docs for frontend file structure. We cannot help with pixels as it is not part of the script. You might want to hire a developer.

It should be very free, flexible, creative and necessary. I see that the template category in the program is Group in table, which also makes me confused. In any case, I believe you will eventually understand and accept why you should completely let the administrator create the categories and edit the default categories. Of course, you can consider letting the administrator organize the template for users by categories, and you can also use the template type to distinguish the template by the program itself.
We will only add custom template creation feature. Adding one template to multiple categories will not be possible and we don’t have plans for that.

1) In demo, I just see ‘standart’ and ‘professionnal’ as template groups, and I couldn’t figure out how to add and manage templates under custom groups. is this even possible?
2) Same for templates categories.
3) If it is possible for admin to manage Templates under custom Groups, can he then determine which groups can be available in a saas plan?
