Hi. Is there anyway to export a morph menu to use in another site? If no, can you suggest some 3rd party plugins that will? Thanks!

Hello.

We can only provide support for paying customers. If you’ve purchased the product from Envato Market, please get in touch with us via the contact form on our profile and from the account the purchase was made from.

Alternatively, you can always Google for WordPress import/export plugins.

Cheers.

Good luck with your sales

Hi again, I have a parent menu item which I’d like to link to a page then child items in the drop down point to different pages. At the moment when I hit parent item it just opens dropdown and wont register as a link for itself? Is that just the way it is or is there a work around? Also how to give main menu items an “active” colour? I see there is menu-item & menu-item-hover options but nothing for active. The secondary menu does have the active option though (which I don’t require) just need it for the main menu. Cheers,

Legend thanks mate!! How about active sub menu item too?

.morph-by-bonfire .sub-menu .current-menu-item a { color:#000; }

Thanks so much – in ten years of using envato your support is the best I’ve ever received!

Just purchased the plugin and looks and works really well. I’m utilising the hidden menu feature with the activation class. Also seems to work fine however other elements in my site are now “dropping out”. I have a few images & buttons now not displaying at all. When I deactivate the plugin they come back so safe to assume theres some conflict happening. Are you able to assist with fixing this?

Brilliant no worries, will do. Thanks!!

Ok so i just sent you a message but may have fixed the issue myself. For whatever reason when I gave a colour value to each field in the widget section everything fixed itself – weird but good! Thanks again for your help, hopefully no more issues, great service by the way!!

Awesome:)

can this default to expanded?

Hi.

If you mean the dropdown menu’s sub-menus, then by default they’re closed. Can be done but it would have to be quick custom work.

Cheers.

Hola,

How to remove the Header Logo image link? I dont want it to go to Homepage, just a normal logo.

Thanks

Is there an option to automatically open sub menu dropdown on hovering upon parent item?

Thank you for clarification, can you please provide me the Javascript code?

As I said above, just get in touch with us.

Cheers.

Cool, just sent an email for support! :)

can I have different menus on different pages? thanks, Buddy

Hi. That is not a feature of Morph, though you can do that with some third-party plugins alongside Morph. Google them, they’re free.

Cheers.

Hello,

The Icon become smaller in Mobile Display I just follow the size of the sample logo in the demo but I still arrive at the same output?

Could send me the right size, type and bit of the images? In laptop browser see it clearly but in mobile it looks like this, see link for sample inside the red box.

Best,

Hi there.

The logo is displayed using the same code on both desktop and mobile. It could well be that some other code or feature in your installation is causing this.

Send us a message via the contact form on our profile, include your site address and we’ll have a quick look.

Cheers.

pre sale question is this compatible with virtue premium theme? also i have 34 installed plugins, will this extra plugin cause any slowdowns and bloats the site?

All of that is covered in the documentation. As for hiding your current menu, there’s a feature for that included, though you need to know the theme menu’s class/ID which you can get from your theme developer if you don’t know how to look it up yourself.

Cheers.

can be found in dev tools.. what do to it once i grab it ?

This is covered in the documentation and setting explanation as well.

Cheers.

Hi there,

Few questions,

1. Can I change the picture in this place right? This is admin picture right? Or assigned by the admin? – http://prntscr.com/obqquj

2. Are this capable of this plugin – https://codecanyon.net/item/digits-wordpress-mobile-number-signup-and-login/19801105?_ga=2.77897428.1190336563.1562517229-750899636.1562176733

3. Also change the header menu in what color I want? – http://prntscr.com/obqsiw

4. And change the text size and color on this side. – http://prntscr.com/obqssx

Cheers! =D

Hi. You can upload whatever image you want. And yes, you can change the font sizes and colors. Not sure what you’re asking with question #2 but if you’re looking to implement it into Morph, you’d need to ask that plugin’s developer.

Cheers.

Sorry but this plugin now that I’ve purchased, is not as advertised and despite attempts at adjusting the “mobile only” aspect, the plugin COMPLETELY locks out my desktop view – as in, the site content will not load. In mobile, the menu works as it should but it renders the site in desktop, unviewable.

Hi there.

You don’t have to be sorry :) It’s probably just a conflict with something in your installation. It’s super rare but these things happen. Here’s where solid support comes in; get in touch with us via the contact form on our profile, send us a link to your site and we’ll have a look at what you have going on there.

Cheers.

I used to be able to create icons for my menu. But now I don’t see it anymore. How do I add icon in front of it?

Hi there. Adding icons hasn’t changed. Please check the documentation for step-by-step instructions.

Cheers.

Hi guys,

Pre-purchase question – Can this plugin work with Mega Menu Pro plugin?

Hi. Morph is a stand-alone plugin and works alongside every WordPress theme/plugin that’s been coded according to standards.

Cheers.

When I use this plugin with Divi it makes all the images disappear. Divi works perfectly fine when i disable this plugin, I’ve never seen that happen.

Hi there. You have not purchased this file from us. If you have, please contact us via the contact form on our profile and from the account the purchase was made from.

Hello there!

How are you?

Got a quick question if you don’t mind please! I’m looking to create a mobile/tablet menu just like this one: https://www.fonelab.ca/

Would you kindly let me know if I can use images inside of the menu?

Thanks!

I’m afraid we don’t offer that in any of our items.

Got it! Thank you so much for your time though! Wish I could give a 5 star without buying the plugin. Best regards, Igor.

Sure thing :)

I got conflict with js from TablePress. Is it a known issue? I turn off the Morph menu plugsin then the TablePress working again. I will see if the order of loading could solve the problem.

Hi. No known conflicts exist. Get in touch via the contact form on our profile though and include your site address so we could have a look.

Cheers.

Hi, I installed and activated but there is no option to setup menu only appear in Mobile or customization colors, etc. Please advise.

Hi there. The actual menu is setup where all WordPress menus are handled, under Appearance > Menus. And the customization settings are all under Appearance > Customize > Morph Plugin.

You can check out the included documentation for a bit of extra guidance as well.

Cheers.

Hi,

After installing the morph menu our theme has several JS errors causing conflicts. Can you take a look and see what’s causing this from the plugin?

Thanks, Ryan.
