It migrates the template design, but you would need to configure the rules, email type, file attached,... if there’s any though.

I’ve been looking at the link you sent, but I see that in the default template, I don’t get the option to add the “WC HOOK” component. How can I make this component appear?

It’s because WC Hook component is not needed in “Default Template”. The default “Content” component in the Default Template will handle all email content, including the additional info, so WC Hook is not necessary if you’re using “Default Template”. Therefore it’s not available.

WC Hook is available in WooCommerce order confirmation emails (new order, processing order, completed order…)

It’s been a while since we updated the Default Template for 3rd plugin email. Now that all 3rd plugin emails (like custom order status emails) are displayed in the form of Default Template instead, it works for them. https://docs.villatheme.com/woocommerce-email-template-customizer/#configuration_child_menu_8452

The purpose of this template is to avoid potential compatibility issue, all the elements must be as general as possible.

For the last issue – empty email type templates, please create a support ticket on this Support Forum. I’ll be checking further. If the templates you created for this 3rd plugin emails works well, we can add them back and you can use them like before.

We’ve reverted the “viwec_accept_email_type” filter hook and you can use that hook to add email IDs if the templates you built for those email types can work properly without errors. The reasons we removed the ”$wc_path” is because there’re other plugins that interfere to WooCommerce emails, it may cause conflict and confuse users.

I have studied the documentation with a description of all the functions and could not find the ability to add a shortcode to load purchased goods. Is it available in the current version?

I also went to the demo mode and in the link selection field there is no shortcode to download the virtual product.

The Button component in our template is not for the “Download” button as in my image. The download button, made using our plugin hook, is modified generally for all templates, also, there’s no shortcode for virtual products downloading.

For shortcode to load purchased goods, do you mean to show items the customer bought? It’s unfortunate we haven’t shortcodes, or any elements for this purpose at the moment.

Normally, the WC Hook can handle these additional info. But some info is accepted in particular place in the email which does not allow you to drag the hook. For multilingual site, it depends on the WooCommerce Deposits plugin if it has settings to sent email in different languages. If it can send different content based on language, the “Default Content” in our “Default Template” can handle that part and take the correct content.

Just to be clear, the “Default Content” component (in the Default Template) handles all 3rd email content, including AutomateWoo email content.

It automatically gets the content of a particular email(among difference email content on a site) when that email is triggered. You only need to build your wanted email body in the 3rd plugin settings, and leave the rest to the “Default Content” component. As stated in the documentation, there must be that component in the Default Template to make it get the correct content of 3rd emails.
