Pre-purchase question: Will this work with WooCommerce on Oxygen Builder?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Oxygen Builder and WooCommerce Email Template Customizer are not functionally similar, so they’re likely to not interfere each other. But to ensure our plugin works properly on your site, you can try our free version: http://bit.ly/woo-email-template-customizer
Best regards.
Works with other plugins? I’m using tickera For sell event tickets, and send confirmation emails.
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Our plugin has a particular template for 3rd emails (emails created by other plugins, not WooCommerce). You may read more about this function in this documentation: https://docs.villatheme.com/woocommerce-email-template-customizer/#configuration_child_menu_8452
Best regards.
H ! Pre-purchase question, Does the plugin support Automatewoo and its page build codes?
Thank you
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Yes, our plugin is compatible with AutomateWoo, you can use our Default Template to display email content of AutomateWoo. More info in this documentation: https://docs.villatheme.com/woocommerce-email-template-customizer/#configuration_menu_5567
Best regards.
Thanks for the reply, I wanted to know how automatewoo shortcodes are handled in WooCommerce Email Template Customizer.
When the mail is created by automatewoo they select the WooCommerce Email Template Customizer templates, the shortcodes are already created on the WooCommerce Email Template Customizer templates right?
Hi, Thank you for getting back.
Actually, the “Default Content” component (in the Default Template) handles all 3rd email content, including AutomateWoo email content.
It automatically gets the content of a particular email(among difference email content on a site) when that email is triggered. You only need to build your wanted email body in the 3rd plugin settings, and leave the rest to the “Default Content” component. As stated in the documentation, there must be that component in the Default Template to make it get the correct content of 3rd emails.
That means, you build your email content here in AutomateWoo settings: https://prnt.sc/WtQW0SkUwviF
You can freely add AutomateWoo shortcodes while building your wanted content here: https://prnt.sc/l3_WtENlBBj5
Then our Default Content will take the whole email content, including the shortcode and the value it represents.
Hello, is it possible to create a template with order details with separate column of a single price of the product? Now if the order contains 3 products of 10 USD each, there’s directly the total of 30 USD and not the unit price Thanks
Hi,
Thank you for keeping in touch with us.
In this case, please refer to this documentation to learn how to override the email template.
Best regards.
Hi, this did’t answer the question. Please let me know is this is possible. You don’t have this option?
I supposed you want to change this column in the Order details component: https://prnt.sc/DL04pi5jo28A
The component has 3 templates, each already has the price of a single product.
In a real email, it will look like this: https://prnt.sc/jtHiJ45vYYCE
In your case Now if the order contains 3 products of 10 USD each, there’s directly the total of 30 USD and not the unit price, I supposed the unit price is missing, is that correct?
Hi Support, Presale. Does this Plugin support Woo shortcodes ? Like I would want to show certain things on an email ? Thanks
Hi,
Thank you for contacting Villatheme.
Yes, our plugin supports WooCommerce shortcodes and you can experience our demo and try the free version.
Best regards.
Cool thanks. I will have a look at the demo!! thanks again!
Hello, is there possibility to use shortcode for customer company name? our clients is only companies, so this will be better than customer name in new order email template for us.
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Our plugin does not have shortcode for customer company name as it’s not an initial parameter of WooCommerce. But you can create your own shortcodes, our plugin can recognize external shortcode.
For how to create your own shortcode, you may regard this article: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-add-a-shortcode-in-wordpress/
Best regards.
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
For 3rd plugin, they either have their own info in WooCommerce order emails, or create their own email type in WooCommerce Emails list. For both case, our plugin has integration, please see our documentation for:
1. Attach additional info of 3rd plugin to Woo email
2. Email template for 3rd plugin emails
Best regards.
Hi. My products’ images are saved in .webp format in order to keep the file size low. I noticed that those products’ thumbnails are not shown in email templates. JPG work fine. Is there a solution to have .webp work as well? Best regards.
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The webp image can be displayed using our plugin, but it also depends on the Mail app you’re using. I test with Zoho and Gmail, it works properly. But this image type is not supported by Outlook, so it can’t be displayed if you’re using Outlook.
Zoho and Gmail: https://nimb.ws/KDdX8l
Outlook: https://prnt.sc/agTvpx3OcyyX
Best regards
Hello Angela. Thank you for the calirification. I’m glad everything is OK with the plugin then. And sorry to read that Outlook doesn’t support that file format. What a bummer. I hope they update that function in the near fututure. Thank you for your help and have a good day. Best regards.
Pleasure! Wish you a good day, too!
A client of mine purchased this and so far its been great to use! Well done. I have one quick question: we are using woo subscriptions. Is there a way to display: Recurring total and Next payment date. For the subscriptions?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
For the email/additional info attached in Woo emails of 3rd parties in general, and WooCommerce Subscription plugin in particular, our plugin has the template/element for them.
1. The email created by a 3rd plugin, please regard this documentation.
2. For additional info attached to Woo emails by a 3rd plugin, please regard this documentation.
If the goal you want to achieve is beyond these element/template, please create a support ticket on our Support Forum, we’ll check further if we could help.

Hello. I purchased your plugin yesterday. I can say it’s probably the best one out here. Thank you for another wonderful plugin of yours. I have one question tough. I really enojy using the backened email template editor. I was wondering whether you could introduce a switch to mobile editor as well, like it’s in case with Elementor. That would be so very helpful and great. Do you think this could be possible in future releases? Best regards.
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Currently we don’t have this feature, but it’s a cool idea, we added it to our list to consider building it in the future. Thank you so much for the suggestion!
Best regards.
Hello. This sounds great. Good luck then! Kind regards
Hi, I am getting a layout issue Customer order email deliver correctly for responsive but Store Owner Email for Order Responsive broken for Address details and product information…
Hi,
Can you send me images of how the Store Owner Email for Order looks like on mobile and desktop devices?
Thank you. Best regards
Hello, our support has expired, but the problem that arose did not depend on us but the normal operation of the plugin is compromised. I sincerely hope not to have to renew support for assistance with a plugin issue that is beyond our control
The images in the emails are no longer displayed. Both for the header and the footer and also for the body of the email. You don’t see the logos, social icons or even the product photo.
Hope you can help me, thank you
https://ibb.co/DMvs36v https://ibb.co/MRSSM4dHi,
I’ve checked on my site but did not encounter this issue. May I know which Mail App are you using? And which apps have you checked this issue on?
Thank you. Best regards.
Thank you for your quick answer. Your service is always very efficient and I thank you for that. I am currently experiencing the problem on apple. Both iMac and iphone, while it works regularly for example if I use gmail from a browser.
Thank you for the info. We just took a check with our device, using Apple Mail. The images are showing properly. Can you check if there’s settings in your mail app allowing to show external images? It should be enabled.
Another possibility, the Mail App does not support particular types of images, what kind of product image are you using?
Sorry for the delay in answering but I have not come to the head to solve the problem and I have performed so many tests.
The situation is that the problem does not occur only on clients, even android as well as apple but also in webmails such as gmail from browsers. I have contacted both apple, and siteground who is our service manager is investigating the problem.
I have a doubt, previously you provided me with a “modified” plugin to use google fonts, a plugin that I later removed because in reality the fonts were not seen in the various clients. Could the problem be related to that?
However, the problem arises with images that have an embedded link

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us. Please check if the templates are enabled in the WooCommerce Emails list. You can see the instruction in this documentation: https://docs.villatheme.com/woocommerce-email-template-customizer/#:~:text=Disable%20WooCommerce%20Email%20Template%20for%20a%20particular%20email%20type

Does this plugin works with Woocommerce subscription? Will it sent email, when Woocommerce subscription create an renewal order?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Yes, our plugin works with WooCommerce Subscription plugin, the subscription/renewal emails are displayed in the form of our “Default Template”
Please regard this documentation for how to manage our “Default Template”: https://docs.villatheme.com/woocommerce-email-template-customizer/#configuration_child_menu_8452
Best regards.
HI,
This default template does not really fit us. Because our emails are sent to specific customers and we use rules with gives for example processing orders..so email is connected to the product category…
I can’t see any rules for default templates. so how is it working?
And why when we have a parent subscription order it is sending an email with email type – processing
and when we have a renewal subscription order, with the same processing order status, it is not sending any email.
It is very confusing??
I’m sorry for this delayed reply that I was not able to reply yesterday.
Regarding the Default Template, it automatically replaces all 3rd party emails, to avoid conflict at its best, we don’t have any rules for it, because rules for this template may cause errors while working with rules of the 3rd party emails themselves.
For the different templates sent to the same status, I think you may check when ETC is deactivated. Our plugin does not interfere or manage which email type is chosen to send, it just replaces the original sent email with our template.
You can check the ETC template assigned to each email type in the WooCommerce Emails list. Specific steps as in this guide: https://villatheme.com/faqs/#faq-773114176
One last thing about how the Default Template works, the important part is the “Default Content” component, it must be added to the template. Please visit our documentation of this part for specific explanation, as well as all notices while using the template: https://docs.villatheme.com/woocommerce-email-template-customizer/#configuration_child_menu_8452
Im very confysed… we are using your plugin for our welcome emails with email type – proccessing and with filtring by product category. when we have the parent order everything works perfectly, but when we have renewal order for subscribtion- so based on subscription information a new order is created and also having processing status – email is not sent… Could you help me understand where is the issue?
First, please deactivate our plugin and create a test renewal order for subscription. Then could you let me know what type of email you receive when that order status changes to Processing?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Normally, WooCommerce emails created by a 3rd plugin is displayed in our Default Template. You can regard our documentation of this part here: https://docs.villatheme.com/woocommerce-email-template-customizer/#configuration_child_menu_8452
If the email verification is available in the WooCommerce Emails list, you can use and edit the Default Template for it.
In case you want to build a template only for this verification email type, this integration must be done in their plugin. We have documentation for compatibility, you can send them: https://docs.villatheme.com/woocommerce-email-template-customizer/#configuration_menu_5142
Best regards.
Hi, I want your plugin to support and can be edit all Woocommerce subscription email template.
Let me know is that possible or not?
Thanks
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Subscription email is not a default email of WooCommerce, so if this email type is available in the WooCommerce Emails list, then it’ll be displayed in the form of our “Default Template”
For how to customize our “Default Template”, as well as more info about 3rd party emails in general, please visit our documentation of this part: https://docs.villatheme.com/woocommerce-email-template-customizer/#configuration_child_menu_8452
Best regards.
Hi, I used your free plugin until then, and buy it today because I thought that conditonnals triggers will alow me to send multiple emails on a unique actions (order in process for example). But this seems not working (set 1 dollar for one email and 2 dollars for the other). Please let me know if there is a way to send two emails on one woocommerce status with your plugin? thank you!
Hi,
Do you mean the rules? I supposed you mentioned the Order subtotal rule. Please take a look at our documentation of this part: https://docs.villatheme.com/woocommerce-email-template-customizer/#:~:text=email%20type%20here-,Rules%20for%20template,-These%20rules%20will
If it does not work, please create a support ticket on our Support Forum, I’ll be checking the issue.
Forum: https://villatheme.com/supports/forum/plugins/woocommerce-email-template-customizer/
Guide to create a ticket: https://villatheme.com/knowledge-base/how-to-create-tickets-on-villathemes-forum/
Best regards.
Thank you for your quick reply. Sorry, I maybe not be clear enough. My goal is to send two email on one action (process or complete order), I thought using rules can allow me to work around this
I write you to your support, if you can help on that
I see. Thank you for the explanation.
However, this function is not done by our plugin. ETC customizes and replace Woo default emails with our templates.
If you have a 3rd party/plugin, or somehow you can manage WooCommerce to send 2 emails, our plugin can detect and replace these emails with our templates.
Hi, I’m using RMA plugin for managing refund and exchange request and it has built in email function but totally worst. I do not want to use their email function and I would like to create this plugin related mails via your email plugin but when I create a template for that I could not find RMA plugin options in “Email type” drop-down. So how can I create RMA plugin related email types?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The email from a 3rd plugin can be displayed in the form of “Default Template” made by our plugin. But only when that emails is available in the WooCommerce Emails list.
For a better view and a specific explanation, you can visit our documentation of this part. https://docs.villatheme.com/woocommerce-email-template-customizer/#configuration_child_menu_8452
Best regards
Thank you for information but I already read that section and it said “Even if you create multiple Default Templates, only one will be applied to all 3rd plugin emails. You can’t assigned one particular “Default Template” for a specific email of a 3rd plugin.” So your answer actually useless.
Thank you for the note.
