Hello, when I chat with the chatbot from an iPhone, when writing, the iPhone zooms making it difficult to exit the chat window, can you solve this?

There is the same bug in the demo, the chat doesn’t let you browse the web.

I add this code to the header and disable the zoom that iphone does:

<meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1.0, user-scalable=no” />

And also i put a little css code to hide some parts of the chat, i think is running ok, i may test it on another devices, please focus on mobile experiencie, this year 60% of the global internet traffic is trought mobile devices

It is a iOS specific problem. We would have given you the solution, if you opened a support ticket with us. Since adding meta tag is beyond the scope of the plugin, we will add the instructions to the Help page.

Go to ChatBot pro->Language center and translate all texts to French. It will take about 10 minutes.

So I have found what the real issue with the chat bot plugin is. Anytime I refresh the chat window, the Start Menu stops to display until I clear browser cache.

Please help find a solution to this as I can’t keep telling customers to clear their browser cache to resolve such issue at their end.

I just purchased your WPBot plugin and have had a really hectic time trying to get it to work perfectly. What I have realized is that every time a customer returns to my website or refreshes it, the chatbot misbehaves. It doesn’t show menu options anymore. I have tried all mean to see how to get it to work but with no luck.

So to have a fully featured chat system do I need to buy all of them or Wpbot Pro by itself have all the feature of all other addon combined?

Each are seperate plugins for different purposes. This one here is the core WPBot pro. Addons are sold separately.

I write you what I would like to do and please you let me know if your product is able to do it.

I would like a way to manage my emails..(gmail account, yahoo email..) For example all my emails I receive I would like to be able to prioritize the email.

For example after I read the mail I would like to set a reminder depending on the importance of the mail.

For example: minimum, medium and urgent. A reminder depending on the level of importance.

If I don’t reply after a few days, the system must remind me that I haven’t replied to that email yet. Even with folders. I need to be able to create labels, folders where to insert email attachments..

I want a system that handles emails… Please I’m urgently looking to buy such a system.

If your product isn’t right for me, could you recommend a good product/plugin/theme?

Also this part here shouldn’t be that hard: Whatsapp API is public online. Always within this system, I would also like to read Whattsapp messages and always have the same management.

Hello, to install the bot I have to pay a subscription to some additional service, an API, etc. Or can the bot work directly when installed in Wordpress and it learns from user interactions or are they pre-established responses? What do you recommend? The language of the website is Spanish and I am going to translate it. The Bot can work on its own using pre-established responses. You can connect to your DialogFlow agent, in which case you have to pay them a fee. Depending on your use cases, you may not need DialogFlow. You can translate all bot responses to Spanish in 15 minutes.

Hi, I bought both your plugin and the OpenAI integration module, but I don’t understand how to integrate it. I have inserted the OpenAI API, and you write to me that the OpenAI API must be enabled to be online, but I can’t find how to request it.
