We can’t get dynamic discounts to work with coupons – it only displays the dynamic discount if the coupon is not applied. “Apply with individual use coupons” and “Allow coupons with cart discounts” are both checked.

Hello,

Are you having issues with discount configured as Product Pricing rules or Cart Discount rules? Are you sure you don’t have any coupon related conditions in those rules that would prevent the discount from being applied of a coupon is applied?

The best way to solve this would be to make some screenshots of your configuration and send them to us via our support site at https://support.rightpress.net/

Hi, when I enable the plugin the e-shop doesn’t work. Is there an issue?

Hello,

Your support ticket was well received and you should have gotten a response by now.

Hi, I am waiting an answer since March 1.

Hello,

Sorry for the delay and thank you for your patience!

Hi,

we have carried out a test order, updating the rules for each product, but when we see the order from the panel, the initial price does not appear and how much you are paying for it with the discount applied to it, why?

Hello,

It follows WooCommerce logic – if you have a WooCommerce product with sale price set in product settings and you place an order for that product then regular price will not show in order item. WooCommerce only displays the final price paid by the customer. Same goes with our plugin.

great plugin! is it possible when a customer has three products in cart to give the 3rd cheapest product for free?

i found in your demo it is buyxgety. y product is at 100% discount. but in cart it shows the full price not the 0 as subtotal

Hello,

Yes, this is the correct discount type to use. A common mistake that users do is to put incorrect number in the “Buy – At Full Price” field. If you have three products and would like to discount on of them, you should put “2” in the “Buy – At Full Price” instead of “3”.

If you still have problems configuring it, please get in touch with us via our support site https://support.rightpress.net/ and include a screenshot of your configuration – we will have a look.

Hi There, a pre-purchase question:

Is it possible to create a discount rule based on payment method, for example wire transfer or cash payment?

Thanks in advance. Regards, LB

Hello,

Yes, Cart Discount rules allow you to set payment method conditions so that the discount applies when a particular payment method is selected (or not selected).

Hello, We are interested in this module but we need to set up a specific type of promotion. We want to set the following rule: for an expensive product (product A) I want to give as gifts 1 pcs. of product B + 1 pcs. of product C + 1 pcs. of product D. Can we set this rule with this module? The second question is if we can show the products given as gifts on the main product page. Please let me know because we need to know this before buying. Thanks, Emil

Hi Emil,

You can configure a discount like this and it will work well but the gift products won’t be added to cart automatically. We have an “auto add to cart” functionality but it is pretty limited at this point and only works with one product and not two.

There’s no way to automatically display the offer on the product page I’m afraid. You would have to add this information using some other means.

Hello, is it possible to show Volume Pricing Table always, even before someone add a product in a cart, I try with css for hidden css rule to display always as block but nothing.

any news ?

Hello,

Volume Pricing Table displays when the discount is applicable – if there are any conditions that prevent the discount from being applied it won’t show up.

If you are sure that the discount is applicable and the table should show up but it doesn’t then please make some screenshots of your configuration and send them to us via our support site at https://support.rightpress.net/

Hi, i’m using this plugin on my client’s website, i’ve applied the discount on website and it is showing perfectly fine till product page, but when i add product in cart, the product discount didn’t apply on cart page

Hello,

Could you please get in touch with us via our support site at https://support.rightpress.net/ with more details and screenshots of your configuration? It’s hard to tell what could be wrong based on your description of the problem.

Paul

Hi. After the last update the product discount is not shown in ‘Product catalog page’ (product loop). I use Flatsome theme. How can fix this?

Hello,

Do you mean that on the product page the original price is displayed and the discounted price is not displayed? Or do you mean some other elements like the “Sale!” flag or percentage off?

Does this discount show up on a single product page and in cart?

Paul

Hi,

We are using Woocommerce Product Bundles on our site along with this pricing rules plugin. Each of our bundles are made up of individual SKUs from the site, individually priced in the bundle configuration. It is done this way to allow integration with a 3rd party warehouse system.

Is there a way (via filter, or code etc) that we can ‘exclude’ line items that are part of a bundle from being affected by any pricing rule?

eg. So if we have 2 standard simple/variable products in the cart, along with a ‘bundle’ which contains 3 individual items of its own, the pricing rules only get applied to the 2 standard products.

Thanks

Hello,

You could try filtering out cart items that are run through filter rp_wcdpd_product_pricing_cart_items – return only those that could have their prices changes.

I hope this helps!

Paul

Thanks for that Paul. That sounds feasible. Do you have any documention describing how to go about this?

Hello,

Sorry for a late reply to this comment!

It’s just an array of cart items – you should be able to find information on how to work with PHP arrays by googling it.

Hi. We are using variation swatches plugin for woocommerce in archive pages. This allow customer to select a concrete variation from archive pages and add it to cart.

However, regular price is displayed for a concrete variation, not the sale price, even if it is discounted (with simple adjustment, for example, 20% on all products).

I have talked to swatches plugin author and says our dynamic pricing plugin is overwriting the default behaviour of woocommerce for showing prices.

Is there anyway to show, for a concrete variation, the regular price striked near the sale price? just as in simple products?

U can see this issue here, in the first variable product: https://www.international-cosmetic.com/marca/productos-de-paulas-choice/ , for 118ml price displayed is 39,00€, but as it has 20% discount, it should display 31,20€ (with the regular price striked). In single product page it works well.

I see u have a filter but maybe would help, but dont know how to use it: rightpress_live_product_price_update_price_html

Thx in advance

Hello,

Could you please get in touch with us via our support site at https://support.rightpress.net/ and include the latest version of the swatches plugin for testing purposes?

This issue requires more consideration and this forum is too limited for work like this.

Paul

Hello, is it possible to list all the discounted products on a page?

Hello,

Currently this is not possible as discounts are calculated on the fly and there’s no way to easily filter a list of products based on this criteria.

Quite a few people have requested this and we are looking for ways to add this capability.

Paul

Hello, We have an concern regarding one of the most popular currency switcher that is not working with your module (only vers 2.1) and I would like if there is any chance to solve this issues. https://pluginus.net/support/topic/incompatibility-issue-with-woocommerce-dynamic-pricing-discounts-rightpress/#postid-76876 Here is the ticket posted on their support page. Thanks and waiting for your reply.

Hello,

Thank you for your question but unfortunately we don’t maintain compatibility with this particular currency switcher plugin.

Paul

I created multiple rules but I see only a discount for the first rule although in both rules I set “Apply with other applicable rules”

Hello,

There’s a select field above all rules – do you have “Apply all applicable rules” selected there or is it “Apply first applicable rule”? This may cause this problem.

Paul

Hi, you didn’t anwser my support request. Can you check it please.

Hello,

Sorry for keeping you waiting!

You should have received a response to your support ticket by now.

Paul

Hi there!

I’ve sent 9 days ago a ticket to premium support, and haven’t got any reply. And I really need to fix my problem.

Can I please get a reply on my problem.

Best regards!

Hello,

Sorry for the delay – we have responded to your support request now.

Paul

When a customer select a specific payment method and get a discount and submitted order is not paid.

Customer use a pay now button and change payment getway then place order.

it means discount is applied in any payment getway.

howw this plugin respond in this situation?

Hello,

If WooCommerce creates order in the database and customer eventually pays for this order, nothing would change – original discount would still be applied.

If customer goes back to the cart and goes through the regular checkout process again, then the discount would be rechecked.

Paul

Is this still being supported? I see lots of comments unanswered. In addition, I sent in a support ticket (and I have a license for support). https://vimeo.com/787560803/59fc3a23ef

It’s been 2 months since I opened the support ticket….

This used to be such a great plugin and the lack of support here now is very frustrating. If everyone reads the comments they will see how support (even paid!) has declined

Hello,

I’m sorry for the lack of support at times – trying to get this back on track.

Isn’t this still a great plugin if you don’t account for support?

Paul

PLugin is causing issues for me for some reason.

If I create bulk pricing, it doesnt take the % number but instead adds a higher percentage number to the discount. Why is this?

Hello,

Maybe there’s something else adding further discounts on top of that?

If you would like me to take a better look at this, please submit a support ticket via our support site at https://support.rightpress.net/ and I will have a look.

Paul

We had the plugin deactivated for over a year and recently reactivated the plugin. The plugin identified the correct purchase code but it’s not giving us access.

Hello,

It could be that the WP capability that our plugin adds during installation to allow admin / shop manager access was removed somehow.

If you would like us to fix that, please get in touch via our support site at https://support.rightpress.net/ and I will have a look.
