It’s a great plugin, but a major problem is it doesn’t conform to WordPress update notification standards, so you never know when there is an update. What is the point of buying this plugin and paying for support, when we never know there’s an update? Our live site is currently on v 17. Imagine our surprise to come and buy it again for another site and learn you’re now on version 21.5???

Why do you not build update notifications into your plugin like every modern plugin of this century? We shouldn’t have to come to Code Canyon to find out the hard way that there is an update!

that’s because paid plugins from CodeCanyon cannot be updated like free plugins.

Hi, we have a minor problem after the last update. In the user account, the address heading has disappeared (there’s just a white space instead, but it’s clickable). When a user uses the search on the order page (it is a delivery address), when the user clicks on the name, the fields are filled with another user’s data. Can you help me with this, thank you in advance.

stiil not working welll… we have customers who have even 300 – 400 addresses and when searching (when selecting an address after searching in the process of completing an order) it does not find them correctly… the identifier is correct, but it fills in a different address.

I’m sorry, but from the screenshot there isn’t any error related to any plugin script.

It just seems that your backend is blocking ajax requests. This however doesn’t depend on the plugin.

you can see that the error is from Woocoomerce Taxjar script. The error will not show up and trhe Load Addresses is working if i disable the Woocoomerce Shipping and Tax plugin so this is your plugin and Woocommerce Tax and Shipping plugin conflict

yes, both plugins are not designed to specifically work together. The script that raises the error, however, is not part of the WooCommerce Multiple Customer Addresses & Shipping plugin. The script is the woocommerce-services-new-order-taxjar-2.1.1.js part of the woocommerce-services.

I cannot provide assistance for 3rd party software. I’ve not designed that code so I’m not able to say why it is crashing. You should contact its developer to report the crash.

you need to verify the purchase code. Once done, the plugin menu voice will appear. To activate, just follow the instructions you see in the notice that appears on the top of each admin page.

I mean, when the customer is going to checkout with multiple shipping addresses per product, will the option “Delivery date range:” work per shipping address too?

Can you help?—There is a section in the checkout for payment methods. For us, it has PayPal buttons. Then, below that is a required checkbox to acknowledge terms and conditions. Nobody can see it. They try to pay first and then get an error. Can you please tell me how to move the checkbox so that it is shown before (above) the PayPal buttons?

Hi There, we have many product bundles, so multiple products in each bundle. We want the customer to be able to send each bundle they have purchased to various addresses. Is this possible or will the plugin show the option to send each product within the bundle to different addresses?

I’m sorry, but the plugin hasn’t any specific support for the “bundle” product type. The plugin allows associating an address to each item currently present on the cart (the plugin, in order to implement the feature, needs to associate each address to unique cart item keys). So if the product bundle is added to the cart as a single item, you will be able to associate only one address.

Is there a way to upload a csv or excel file to upload multiple addresses at one for a customer?

I have a customer that has over 60 drop ship addresses.. I would like to list them alphabetically..

They seem to appear by the last one entered.. which can be a problem with so many addresses..

Please update the plugin to the lastest 21.4, the addresses will now be sorted alphabetically according the address identifier!

I’ve got the plugin set to show each item+variable as a distinct listing in the cart and the checkout.

First question:
Can the cart show just the item+variable with the total (BEST CAKE – Chocolate – 5 x $1.00) BUT show the item+variable distinctly in the checkout so an address can be applied to each one?

Second question:
If I enable guest users, they are still seeing the address button with each distinct item – but it does nothing. I understand why it does not save them as they have no account. But, it does not go anywhere else that I see. It’s not in any of the admin order info nor the admin order emails. Is there a way for this to be turned off until someone signs into their account?
I need a way to prevent guests from using your address areas.

After resetting everything, it seems to be working… Logged in users and Guests are both able to place orders with distinct items and ship-to addresses.
AND, the order info has emailed to me with the items showing the address for each product (so the order can be sent to the warehouse to be filled).

Something I’d like to accomplish:
On your demo site, the “Ship to a different address?” is not automatically enabled (the default is not checked). Mine is.
Can you tell me how to set this to off by default?
AND, I’d like to change the verbiage. What template is this in?

Regarding the “Ship to a different address” option, it is managed by WooCommerce, not by the plugin. I think that for that You should check the WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping -> Shipping options area and make sure you select the ” Default to customer billing address” option: https://nimb.ws/LX8tOF

Presale question: My client sells and ships baked goods. Example: “BEST CAKE” has an attribute of “Flavors” and the variables are “Chocolate|Vanilla|Strawberry”. Customers can choose as many of each as they want. Example: BEST CAKE – Chocolate (5), BEST CAKE – Vanilla (1) Does your plugin allow customers to assign addresses to each variable? I would like to install it immediately to handle Holiday orders. Thanks!!!

In this way, Product 5 – M x 4, will appear on the cart as 4 distinct elements. In this way, for each item, you can associate a different address.

Please, however, fully test this feature on the demo site before any purchase.

I have just purchased and installed the plugin. I am very excited and will be testing it. However, I notice that each item is showing in the shopping cart drop-down AND there is no scroll bar to see the whole thing. Is there a fix for this??

dropdown is not managed by the plugin, but by the browser. It could be that some of your 3rd party plugins (or even the theme) are defining a CSS rule that brakes that component. To identify the cause, try temporarily switching theme and disabling the other 3rd party plugins.

Is there a way to split the order into multiple orders (one per address the customer ships to), so that it can work nicely with shipping label printing and other integrations?

Also, can customers split the quantity (e.g. they order a quantity of 10 and want to split 5 and 5 to different addresses?

Yes. I have tested the link you sent. I think I have conflict with other plugin. I use also Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce. When I deactivate that plugin, I can see My Account > Addresses but still problems with Check Out. When I deactivate Multiple Shipping Adresses then all ok. Very hard to explain all behavior.

Please note that as reported in the plugin description page, in the Custom checkout for notice paragraph, altering in any way the checkout might lead the plugin to not work as intended. So you should eventually disable any customization to avoid any conflict.

Hi there! I’m having an issue where I select “add new shipping address” and I am not able to see the full page where I’m meant to put in the information. The problem is I am also not able to scroll down to continue or click “save” so I’m not able to save any addresses. Please advise!

Unfortunately, without any further clue, it is quite hard to determine the cause.
Most likely it could be due to a CSS interference. To identify the interference try running the following test: disable all the 3rd party plugins and see if you still experiencing the issue. If not, re-enable them one by one until you find the interfering one. If still experiencing the issue (even disabling the plugins), try switching theme. It might be the cause of the issue as well.

I’m sorry, but translation loading is not managed by specific plugins, but by the WordPress core.

Make eventually sure you have properly created those file and properly named them. Make sure you have user the Po editor (and not plugins like loco translator). Make also sure that there isn’t any caching level that might be interfering.

There isn’t much I can do to fix your Wordpress core, that’s not part of the plugin.

Make sure that there isn’t anything blocking the translation and that there isn’t any caching level interfering.

Make also sure you have properly named the translation files using the right language code.

https://cholii.in/ this is my clients website on which i have installed your purchased plugin, when someone save their address it is saved but when he order something and in billing section select the saved address, the address appears incomplete means the plugin is not fetching saved address properly.

Please retry downloading the plugin and reinstall it. There was an issue with the update process.

Please try also re-performing a test via the demo site and report if you get the issue there. It could be that you are performing some actions that I’m missing. In case, report to me also a step-by-step guide on how to experience it.

The test has to be performed on the demo site, not on yours. In this way, I can understand if you are experiencing the issue due to a plugin malfunction or a 3rd party interference.

However, before proceeding with the test, please update to the latest 21.3 version. Once installed, purge any server and browser cache and try performing a test.
