Pay attention that for Shop page and for Product category pages you have to use different SEO Rules. The SEO Rule for Product category pages should contain Product category as “Page archive for” As I see from your SEO Rule for the Shop page you marked Product Category as Indexed filter and it can not be used for both simulteneously. It means to use for Product category pages you have to disable Product category from indexed filters.

You have to configure filters in accordance with meta keys of your posts or products. I recommend you to look on this page in documentation to understand how to configure filters and Filter Set. Also I recommend you to make sure what exaclty meta keys you use and to pay attention that ACF fields in ACF groups have specific meta keys in accordance with groups where they are stored. Unfortunately CodeCanyon items support does not cover installation configuring problems and it expects that you are enough familiar with WordPress to be able to use an item and configure it using documentation.

Yes, my plugin supports filtering by ACF and author fields, but it does not support filtering by post title. Usually it is not needed.

Thanks for checking, It doesn’t work with a custom shop page done in ShopKit with the Archive Widget but I use now the standard Kadence shop page and there it works as expected.

I’m not sure what exactly behaviour you are interested in, but here is example of filtering in Category with sub-categories – https://demo.filtereverything.pro/category/health/

If you opens a Category page, you will see that it is checked by default in the category filter. And you can select sub-categories and posts will be filtered in accordance with the selected sub-category.

Sure, it is compatible with this theme. Moreover it is compatible with 99% of WordPress themes and on some of them (for example Themify themes) only the AJAX feature may not work properly.

I checked your site many times and I have to say that there is no bug in the plugin. But usually problem is that you have selected wrong WP_Query or you use the same Filter Set for your Shop page and for your Product Category pages, but they have different templates and different Product modules that require different Filter Sets.

As conclusion this problem is consequence of wrong settings and I recommend you to follow an important rule – each unique Product module (e.g. Elementor Posts module or Elementor Products module) must have its own Filter Set.

Hello again, Stepasyuk, the problem is that we using third party plugin for synchronization the database.

The filter does not contain all brands with promotional products, resetting the parameter does not change anything, but manually re-save the filter does. What else is happening in the background when manually re-save the filter… If I search the database for all transients with the code “wpc” and delete them, and reload the Sale page, then … nothing changes. Transients are newly installed, but the filter is still faulty. And the reset link ?reset_filter_cache does exactly the same thing, it just deletes the transients. When I call it, it fries transients, starts fresh ones, but the filter is faulty. When I save the filter, the same reset function is also called, but I guess there’s something else going on in the background … and the filter regenerates correctly this time, and suddenly the correct brands are there.

It would be very helpfull If we knew how to be able to correctly reset the filter everytime we synchronize database.

I suspect that when you save Filter Set (or any other post) something happens with your other plugins. Because when you save a Filter Set Filter Everything’s code just fires the same function that it fires when you reset the cache with ?reset_filters_cache=true parameter. (Be careful it is reset_filterS_cache not reset_filter_cache)

Usually the reason of such problem is that you specified wrong meta key for your Range filter. I recommend you to install plugin phpMyAdmin for WordPress, open your database and check if your posts have this meta key and have values in this meta key. Optionally please provide me with link to the screenshot with these meta fields and their values. You can send it here in comments or via PM.

You have to re-init JavaScript events after your content was loaded via AJAX or ask a developer to help you. Unfortunately such issue is not covered by the CodeCanyon item support license.

I found something. In the “Indexed Filters” settings, I enabled indexing of the necessary fields, but indexing was not enabled on the site: there are canonical references to the main category. Please tell me what could be the problem?

I’m sorry that you were not able to solve this issue, but as I told you before you have problem related with your “Taxonomy/Term and Role based Discounts for WooCommerce”. Discount price that this plugin adds to products is not the same as discount price added in WooCommerce natively. So the filter by Sale price as it is described here – https://demo.filtereverything.pro/example/by-sale/ is not actual for your site.

Technically you have to find what DB fields this plugin uses for proucts discount and if they are post meta fields, you can try to create filter by Sale price with appropriate meta key. It requires to be familiar with WordPress DB and if you are not able to do this, you have to ask a developer to help you.

As I said before, such the issue related with 3rd party plugins is not supported in according to the CodeCanyon item support policy.

I see several ways to solve this issue:
1) you have to ask a developer to help you to solve the problem
2) you can use discounts as it expected in WooCommerce OR
3) you can ask about refund if you are not able to use my plugin and I will accept it.

I checked your site again and I have to say that you still have some compatibility issue with some of your plugins or maybe custom code.

Normally WooCommerce removes post meta field with meta key ‘_sale_price’ if you removed sale price for a product and update it. But on your site it does not do that.

If a product had Sale price and after you delete this sale price it still has meta key ‘_sale_price’ with empty value. So this is reason why FE still “thinks” that there are products with “On sale” status although you have removed all Sale prices.

You are the third customer for all the time who have such problem. But ok – I deleted all post meta fields with empty values for ‘_sale_price’ meta key and now you have no products On sale on your Shop page – https://rasina.online/prodavnica/ Filter also shows you that now all products are with regular price.

Why your WooCommerce does not delete these fields I do not know, it seems you have to check this by yourself or ask a developer. But if you will need to clear all these empty fields again, just execute next SQL query in your DB:

DELETE FROM `wp_postmeta` WHERE `meta_key` = '_sale_price' AND `meta_value` = ''

(but replace wp_postmeta with your postmeta table name)

I’ve checked your site and realized that you have 302 redirection problem and this is reason, why you can not select correct WP_Query. For some reason (I suspect multilingual plugin settings or WooCommerce settings) when my plugin attempts to load your Shop or any other page, it is redirected to user’s /edit-adress page – https://prnt.sc/gDyjkOhkS_d0

You have to solve this issue first to be able to use the plugin.

If you want to use the same shortocode twice, you have to create two Filter Sets with the same setttings for the “Where to filer?” field (pointed to the same page or pages) and one of them will be shown in the place with first shortcode, the second will be shown in the place with the second shortcode.
