We bought the plugin, bought extra support but after a month of waiting still no answer from the creator. We want a refund, this is a waste of money and time.
Hello,
Thank you for your comment and sorry for the delay processing your support request.
I believe a refund has been sorted out by now.

hi, can we have 10% discount to only first order
Hello,
Yes, you can set up a discount to only be applied if there are no previous orders placed by a customer.

Hi there, can the plugin be used to setup the price per user role (one price for all clients, one price for professionals, another for specific partners, etc.)?
Hello,
Yes, you can definitely target all types of pricing/discount/fee rules to specific user roles.

Any idea?
Thank you
Hello,
The way you set this up applies a discount if there are at least 3 quantity units from specified categories AND if there is no specified product in cart at all. That is, if there is this product in cart, the discount won’t be applied at all. Maybe you had this product in cart and it was preventing the discount from being applied?
Also, I’m not sure I follow exactly what you are trying to set up here. Should the discount of 17 be applied per cart or per cart item? If you want to exclude specific products from receiving a discount, maybe you want to set up a discount per cart item?

Pre-Sale Question: I tested the plugin on your demo website, and I wanted to create a page where the sales are displayed.
I tried using the regular WooCommerce ShortCode; [sale_products per_page=”6” columns=”3” orderby=”date” order=”DESC”]
The products that are discounted using your plugin do not appear with this shortcode. I tried giving a product a sale price manually by editing the product in the back end, and that product did indeed appear with the sale_products shortcode, yet all other products discounted using your rule do no appear.
Why is that?
Hello,
Thank you for your question.
WooCommerce generates that list from products that have sale prices set in product settings. Since our plugin applies discounts dynamically, discounted products are not included.
This is a popular request and we are looking into ways to enable lists/filters for products discounted using our plugin.

I am currently testing a Buy x Get x deal and everything works fine. I would also like to allow a coupon to be used if the user doesn’t have a discount applied to an item and it doesn’t seem possible…Is it?
Here is my setup: Buy 2 Get 1 50% Off Buy 3 Get 1 75% Off Buy 4 Get 1 100% (or free) Off
- User adds 3 of item ABC (Buy 2 Get 1 50% Off discount applied) to cart. - User adds 1 of item XYZ (No discount applied). I’d like the user to be able to add a coupon to the cart and have that discount apply only to the non discounted item – Possible?
Hello,
WooCommerce coupons work fine alongside our discounts but this particular scenario is not currently possible. You can prevent the coupon for being applied if there are dynamic discounts applicable to cart items but currently the plugin does not differentiate between items with discount and items without discount.
We have this particular functionality in our development backlog and it might be that we will implement this in the future.

Hi. I need a plugin that offers various subscriptions for a period of 1 month, 3 months, ... 1 year, where after the purchase they can benefit from various discounts on products and other advantages. I also need the recurring payment system, but we have our own payment method and we don’t want to use stripe. Can it be without stripes? Let us know if we also need to purchase the SUMO Subscriptions module. Here is a package model that interests me. https://fishtodoor.ro/abonamente-fishtodoor Thanks!
Hello,
This comments section is for our pricing/discounts plugin. You can use our plugin to enable dynamic prices/discounts on your site but if you would like to integrate it with a third party subscriptions plugin, you may need to add some custom code to your website for this purpose.

Hello, I wanted to know if your module is capable of applying a discount coupon on the reservation calendar today for a few exclusive days.
Example apply the discount code today 10/18/2022 valid for exclusive days 10/30/2022 to 10/31/2022.
Thank you if you can tell me if your module is capable
Hello,
Out of the box, the plugin does not interact with custom date fields, booking plugins etc. This is technically possible but you would have to come up with a piece of custom code to bridge the gap between your date fields and this plugin.

Is that support Rest Api? That I can use for mobile app.
Hello,
No, the plugin is designed to work in frontend only where user session and cart is available – it doesn’t do anything in the backend, product feed, Rest API etc.

Hi,
I have played around with your plugin, but I am not sure if it can do this:
Does it support lunch offer? Specific products, on mondays to fridays from 11:30 – 15:00?
Right now I have a dirty method which is not 100% good. Cause I have the regular product, and a duplicate with a lower price, and a cart rule saying when the duplicate is in the cart, they cannot choose pickup or delivery time after 15:00
I would rather like just one product and no duplicates, and if the pickup time is between 11:30 – 15:00 they will have discount, otherwise the regular price.
Can your plugin what I need?
All the best
Hello,
I believe I responded to your message via our support site with some questions – could you please check my questions and respond there?

Hi,
I’m making a website for a tea shop at chanomi.fr, using the Xstore theme that includes WooCoommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts.
There are 2 types of products: —On the website, clients can buy prepackaged tea (50 g, 100 g, 200 g, 500 g, 1 kg). There is a 5% discount on 500 g, and 10% discount on 1 kg. The rules for this were easy to put in place and everything works like a charm. —In the physical shop, people can buy odd amounts of tea, like 155 g, for example. To make this work, there is another type of product that doesn’t appear on the website, which is called ‘raw materials’. They are sold with a pricing by the gram. I can’t find a way to make rules that work and give me those 5% and 10% discounts based on quantity. In this case, there is, for example, 500 units of 1 item in the cart, and I would like to get a 5% discount on the ‘subtotal’ price of this item.
Can you please help me with this problem?
My plugin is bundled with the Xstore theme, so I don’t really know how to contact you another way.
Thank you in advance for your time and answer.
Warm regards, Charlie
Hi Charlie,
For the in-store product you should use quantity conditions, e.g. “if product A has quantity greater or equal than 500 but less then 1000 give a 5% discount” and “if product A has quantity greater or equal than 1000 give a 10% discount”. If I understand your use case correctly, this should work just fine.

Hi i want to buy right now, but have presale question, could the logic applied for cross domain? for example give 90% duscount on domain B if the customer already spent at least $100 at domain A ?
Hello,
I’m afraid that would not be possible unless you come up with a piece of custom code that would enable this.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!

If I set a rule that all the products get 5% discount. There will not set al sale price only the checkout price is changing. Can you help me to set it to a sale price?
Hello,
Thank you for your question.
If you mean that the plugin is not setting sale prices in WooCommerce product settings then yes – it doesn’t and it is not supposed to do so. Quite a lot of clients use both WooCommerce sales prices and dynamic pricing rules in combination.
Paul
WooCommerce sales prices, is this another plugin or do you mean the standard sale price?
I meant standard sale price that is set in WooCommerce product.
If I misunderstood your question and my answer makes no sense, please rephrase it so I can do another shot!

Hi, I used this plugin alongside WooCommerce Extra Product Options. There’s an issue when I set it up, it discounts the original price twice. Is there any way to fix this? Or is there any configuration that I’m missing?
Hello,
Thank you for your question.
I believe I responded to your support request via our support system – lets continue there.

Hi,
Is there a way to create a condition to check if in the cart there are products valued above 100$ and they need to be in exactly “Baby Shampoo” category.
So for example: A scenario.) I have 2 products in the cart from Baby Shampoo category subtotal 90$. I have 1 product in the cart from Baby Shoes category with subtotal 20$. In this case the Rule is not activating.
B scenario.) I have 3 products in the cart from Baby Shampoo category subtotal 110$. The rule is activating and I can add a free product to my cart.
So I need to check subtotal based on product category in the cart.
Thanks for the help.
Hello,
Yes, for Cart Discounts and Checkout Fees there is a condition group called “Cart item subtotal – Products” that will calculate subtotal of a specified product group. Not available for Product Pricing rules though.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!

Hello,can this working together?
https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-pdf-vouchers-ultimate-gift-cards-wordpress-plugin/7392046Tq
Hello,
Thank you for your question.
These two plugins do very different things so I believe there should be no compatibility issues between the two.
