We never tested the automatic links feature of the mentioned plugin with the automatic links feature of Interlinks Manager.

I confirm that this plugin includes only tools to improve the internal links structure and the ability to include automatic external links is not present. However, we have a dedicated free autolink plugin for external links.

the plugin considers internal links only the URLs that start with the Settings -> General -> Site Address (URL) of the WordPress installation.
For the automatic links feature, we created an alternative plugin that allows to create any type of automatic links (internal and external by specifying the full URL) because other Interlinks Manager in the past asked the same question. Hi. I used the wizard to add internal links to my posts. out of 6 links 3 were created and 3 were not created. Even though it says 6 AIL created it is actually 3 that was crated after i checked the posts manually. why is that? what could be wrong?

the automatic links are applied with a WordPress filter (the the_content filter) and are never hardcoded in the actual page HTML.

Hi, i try your plugin before i buy it and here is a quick explanation of the word automate. Automate means that i could add a bunch of keywords and it could find where those keywords are mentions in products, pages, post and etc, SO it could link them ENTIRELY AUTOMATED. Your plugin need me to add 1 by 1 all the keywords i want and set the link in each one of them so it can TRY to find some mention of them in the website. Its 2023 and we have AI nowdays, you can do better than that.

if your question is related to the automatic internal links feature, you can assign the keywords to a specific category with the AIL -> Affected Posts -> Categories option.
To speed up the process you can also set the default value of this option with the Options -> AIL -> Categories option.

when using the import process available in the Interlinks -> Wizard menu please consider what follows:
- The validation system accepts the rows with the Keyword and the Target cells not empty. These two fields are required.
- The validation system accepts only Target values without the protocol and domain. E.g. Set ”/hello-world/” and not “https://example.com/hello-world/”
When all the submitted rows are discarded by the validation system the “0 AIL have been added” message is displayed.

with Interlinks Manager the automatic links URLs always start with the General -> Site Address (URL) of the site.
For automatic links that target different sites (including sites on subdomains) we have an autolink plugin that you can use in addition or as an alternative to Interlinks Manager based on your needs.

excluding HTML elements that have specific classes is not possible at the moment. In this case other strategies should be used. Like including the content in a protected block or excluding the entire post.

while I can’t guarantee a complete compatibility (we have not tested any scenario), we have customers that use this plugin with Divi and Elementor. Oxygne is not compatible. The plugin has not been tested with the Bricks builder.

Yes, there is a selector in the post editor named Enable AIL and available in the Interlinks Options section.
And can we decide where we want the links, for example to link “only in first paragraph” or something like that.
From the plugin options you can exclude specific tags, or gutenberg blocks (See: https://s3.envato.com/files/333611095/20_options_menu_advanced_tab.png) but there isn’t an option to limit the application of the automatic links only to the first paragraph of a post.

The last update has been released on May 23, 2022. The plugin is actively developed and compatible with the latest version of WordPress.

Yes, this is correct.

Yes, you create in bulk the keywords and the related URLs with the Wizard menu. If needed you can paste data (data previously copied from a local or online spreadsheet) in the embedded spreadsheet edit.

In case Interlinks Manager has a PHP method that can be used on this filter. However, custom applied automatic links are not considered in the plugin statistics.

Sorry, on emore question…how can I mass delete all AIL’s ? I have discovered an error on pages due to the plugin affecting the grid elements.
I have been able to mass delete AILs via the Maintaince tab.
One more issue though…using the option “Protect Attributes” on the advanced tab breaks my pages where I have feeds. Is this a known issue?
