In your documentation video about GeoIP Targeting, I can see in the video that you have Country > State > City > Zip Code level deep targeting.

But when I create a target, I see only country dropdown (see screenshot https://prnt.sc/Wk57iNi5yJhB). Why is that so? Why I am not seeing the further filtering options like State, City and Zip Code?

I am using the latest version of the “paid” plugin v7.34 And I am using “Geo Location IP Detection” method > “Maxmind City or Country database (Manual download & update)” (I am not using ipstack method because its expensive)

Can you please tell me what am I doing wrong and how to get state, city, zip code filtering?

How can I collect data of more than two fields, this plugin provides only 2 fields, primary and secondary. If I create a contact form then I have to capture, name, email, message and consent, how can collect all these? Currently primary field collects name and secondary collects email, submitted message is not collect

I love your plugin and I have used it in many “different” ways. May I suggest to add a way to “categorise” the popups with folders? I find that after creating 200+ popups, it can look disorganized. I have used the popups for quiz, calendars, videos, etc. Just a suggestion.

Loading Google Fonts without user consent is violating GDPR regulations in the European Union and basically puts website owners at risk of getting expensive cease and desist letters from lawyers.

Not using Google Fonts in the popups doesn’t do the trick because the plugin still loads Roboto.

this seems to be the worst support I have ever encountered with a plugin. for 5 weeks we’ve been trying to get an answer to a small question (with tickets here and via the support channel) and despite asking what’s going on. The plugin itself is good, but despite buying 5 licenses we don’t get any support, exactly zero. That’s really a lousy way of dealing with customers.
