Guys – the way you manage the license is the worst way. You disable the widgets when the domain is changing, there is no way to disable the license in the account, I have one license here and one one the actual website, the one from here I can’t activate it. I migrated my website on the live domain name, an website that was a redesing, and has loads of visitors and half of my website is not visible because the license was deactivated. Is like you are following only the money but don’t actually care about the client, I am so furstrated that I can’t explain. Worst experience with a WordPress product.

Hey I’ve put in a few support tickets about not being able to update the plugin beyond Version 5.15.0.
Every time I update the plugin it breaks my theme (BuddyBoss) Ive tried it for every update both bdthemes puts out and BuddyBoss. It’s super frustrating because my home page is built using Version 5.15.0 along with most of my public landing pages. I’ve put in support tickets, and the conversation starts, I sent the staging server and login credentials…. and then I get radio silence, or generic “disable all plugins to isolate the problem,”
Keep in mind this has been my issue since Version 5.15.0, you are currently at version 6.9.0.
I got a reply from your support, and they haven’t been helpful; at all. Ive sent them all of the information and they haven’t replied to my last email since last week. Ive purchased Additional support. PLEASE RESOLVE the issue.
I’m STILL waiting for support. This plugin is used on my landing pages. And it hasn’t been updated since version 5.x I’ve been asking for support ever since and they haven’t resolved anything. Literally they haven’t done ANYTHING to resolve. PLUS there is no way to put this plugin on a staging site to troubleshoot without purchasing another license.
So between crappy tech support, and greedy licensing rules. If I could find another plugin to build my landing pages with I would. I’ve invested a lot of time and money. I NEED THIS FIXED BEFORE THE NEW YEAR DAMNIT.

Hi. I love the megamenu function. I would like to use the pre-made menus (Dribble+Adidas) but I wasnt able to use them. I’ve tried to live copy/paste but doesnt work. There are also not available at Template Library. Is there any json files I can get for those megamenus? Thanks in advance

Hi, The Tooltip widget extension is on, but suddenly disappeared & no longer displayed. any ideas why? I rechecked & it is still on, but all tooltips are no longer displayed & also this feature on advanced tab is missing 
Hi, Sorry for the late reply. Please check your element pack dashboard > Widget Setting is it anyhow turned off the tooltip widget?
Another things, make sure you activate the element pack license.
I asked after checking its turned on. I even specifically mentioned it in my question!

Hi, my site updated to version 6.70 and the Tile Scroll has disappeared? i have reinstalled the plugin and turn on/off on again and saved the setting but it is still not working. checked the elementor page editor > advance section and I don’t see the Tile Scroll there. Guys…..I said this to someone else the other day about their plugin and I will say it to you too….I have spent thousands on plugins etc on Evato over the years and this plugin is in my Top 5 fav…..
There is one thing that drives me crazy though…..2 things in fact….
When I scroll through the page templates/blocks etc and click to have a quick preview…...when I click back I have to start at the top again…..also no ability to mark as a fav…..that makes previewing a chore and a real pain. Could you not impliment these two features?
Also the fact that they are grouped together….some of them do not [copy and paste…..maybe a bug.

I noticed that on rtl sites the slider widget (with image selection) does not work at all! Please test with the image slider widget
General Request: Allow for same license activation on a Staging Site. Currently, when setting up a Staging site, the license cannot be used, ex. staging.mainsite.com will not work, as the license only respects mainsite.com, and not subdomains. Thank you.
I had to disable a license for another site, to set up the staging site. When we pushed the Staging into the Main site, many Element Pack content items did not transfer or would display because those items were associated with the Staging Site license subdomain… These sections had to be rebuilt on the live site.
I am sorry for the issue actually we don’t have staging site free license allowance but we have a plan in future. Hopefully in next update.
Will this plugin allow us to edit product page content e.g short description and long description area ?
Sorry, we don’t have a product edit feature but if you install the elementor pro alone with element pack so you will get a perfect site editing experience.

Ths is making the site crash. I’ve also tried to revert to the 6.6.0 version but it’s still crashing the site. I cannot seem to find a way to disable the mini cart module from your plugin. I’m using the blocksy pro theme.

Please deactivate the Mini Cart widget from the Element Pack pro dashboard, that’s will help you to solve the problem.
Actually, there is another Mini Cart in your themes, so they are in conflict with each other.
You have to choose one of them on the time. You are not able to use both mini carts at the same time.
Hello, thank you for your reply. In fact the conflict is between Elementor Pro and this plugin. If I can suggest something, in your code try to look for other mini carts enabled and if there are already, just disable the minicart in this plugin and if the user will want this feature he can enable it and then you will show them a notification to disable the other one first. In this way you are not crashing the website.

Thank you for the update. The Mini Cart issue seems to be fixed (v6.7.0) but this version has broken The Events Calendar widgets for listing the events in an archive page. Had to revert to the 6.6.0 version to be able to fix it.
Plus it seems that the license check is not working anymore on this vesion (6.7.0).

Hello again. As I’ve said, I’ve tested the plugin v6.7.0 with the latest version of The Events Calendar and it the Elementor widgets for the calendar lists, grid or sliders are not shown in the Elementor widgets panel even if they are activated from the 3rd party widgets in your plugin settings. I’ve done the same test on a clean site and it’s the same behaviour. The v6.6.0 is working fine. Can you please test it also. Thank you.
