hello,looking to buy this . Will support install and configure for me ?

i have read many reviews and there is consistent talk about lack of support and bugs. Tickets are not answered for days. This doesn’t give confidence .

Hello @johnniemarbles. Thank you for your interest in our product and for reaching out to us. Acelle is shipped with an Installation & Getting Started guideline for cPanel or unmanaged server/VPS. It is included in the guideline/ folder of the software package you download from CodeCanyon. You can go to the guideline/ folder, double click on the index.html file to open it on your PC’s browser. Just check it out and let us know if you cannot get it to work, we are willing to help then.

You can upgrade to the latest version of Acelle to resolve it. Acelle comes with an Upgrade Manager which allows you to perform a live upgrade to any newer version.

It is a Quick & Live upgrade without you having to reinstall the web application. Users’ data and application’s settings are preserved.

You can login to the admin area, then go to Settings > All Settings > Upgrade Manager, and follow the instructions there to proceed with the upgrade. Or just shoot us a message and we are willing to help with the upgrade. Thank you.

Do not buy this project and it is full of bugs, the builder does not work well, and there is absolutely no compatibility with other models. I tried to send several support requests but no one answers, if they answer you they answer late and most of the time they try to solve your request with some information or some fix that in the end doesn’t completely solve the problems.

It’s a shame because I was really interested in this project, so much that I almost wanted to buy the extended license luckily I didn’t. In fact maybe I think I will ask for a refund.

how to give customer plan without them having to make paying. Currently, I see no way to cancel customer payment and allow them to keep plan time active. I just see “Wait for payment”. but, allow them to keep the plan. How can I offer account credit or just cancel the payment and allow them to keep plan active. Please advise.

Hello, in the extended license, is there a way for people input promo codes and discounts?

If not, would I able to use a payment gateway like plugnpaid using rest api or webhooks?

Hi Louis, it appears that for some time the mail campaigns sent by my clients were literally and completely misinformed when the user opened the mail on MS-Outlook. Every element of the mail gets out of proportion and covers the whole screen by itself while the same mail appears to be fine in other mail apps. I have read that this has to be the case for many others if not all when using the Builder Pro and many have not even realised it yet. Is it possible to let me know what to do in this case and perhaps inform via this support window the rest of the users?

Error following the November 2nd update, when clicking on payment methods to change my old pay key, I noticed that this page broke when adding the key, I uninstalled and reactivated it and whenever I get to this configuration this page breaks and doesn’t come back as it was before. obs: I tried in several php versions and they all have the same error

hey louis, there is small issue we are facing after upgrading to latest version lately that the list count in customers panel shows 0. but when we check the list and go to subscribers the email ids show up…can u fix this issue.

Hello @crusin. The new version of Acelle needs some time to re-calculate all the statistics numbers. It might take a while before the process is completely done. Clicking on a list will help trigger an immediately for the list.

When the “Activity Feed” on subscribers will start showing real data?

Hello @RMTLY. Yes, it records all users’ activities.

After one year and still not fixed. If you go to any contact you’ll see fake activity from “User Ardella Goldrup”. The same fake activities shows for everyone.

It is a Quick & Live upgrade without you having to reinstall the web application. Users’ data and application’s settings are preserved.

just wondering if this app has a front end so visitors can see features, pricing, etc, I really need a front end and if they can pay to sign up that would be great.

Also, can I use contact form7 to collect subscribers on other sites and they automatically get added to a email list?
