I need to make a mailing without tracking so as not to anger some mail services. I have disabled tracking of openings, clicks and domain tracking.

However, detection tracking is still being performed and this is reflected in the statistics of message openings. This is a very unexpected result. For example, Gmail shows that a pixel image is attached to the message for tracking.

Please tell me what to do so that the tracking pixel does not get into the mailing list?

It is necessary to make some adjustments to HasTemplate.php but I do not know what exactly to change.

is email throttling (number # of emails per hour) decided:

1. by the admin account wide for every user/customer? 2. Decided by the user? 3. can be decided per campaign?

We are having very serious issues with this app. We have put sending limits to unlimited and amazon ses has increased our send limits to 50mails per second but the app itself i messing up. We send mails to 10,000 people and the app keeps sending less than 1000 per hour no matter what we do. Why???

How setting domain policies for delivery server SMTP?

Hello @bizmac. Thank you for your interest in our product and for reaching out to us. You can add and verify a sending domain in Acelle. It allows you to add DKIM, SPF and other domain policies to improve your sending reputation and INBOX delivery rate.

We need how to with here bellow for SMTP per delivery server:

If your delivery server cannot send emails to certain domains, or it can only send to a small list of domains, you can add domain policies to reflect this. If you want to send emails only to yahoo.com but deny for any other domain, you will need a allow policy for the domain yahoo.com and a deny policy on domain * If you want to send to all domains except yahoo, then a deny policy on yahoo domain is enough. If you want a policy for all yahoo emails, including yahoo.co.uk, yahoo.com.br, etc you can simply enter “yahoo” as policy domain. The sign * acts as a policy wildcard matching any domain. A domain of domain*.com or *domain.com has no effect.

Hi, I moved my server and now the front end has some issues like subscribers count is showing 0 but if you go to the list, I can see the subscribers, images are not loading, getting 404. I tried setting storage permission to 775, 755 and even 777. Please help.
