Unsubscribe and Blacklist not working issue.

Folks, you have not been able to fix Unsubscribe and Blacklist since Feb 2022 now.

That’s 8 months.

Emails on automation still go to users, which have already unsubscribed and are on Blacklist.

This is unacceptable. Really, really disappointing. At this point, it feels like I should question the competency of the team.

Every time you guys say, it’s fixed, we get another angry subscriber, threating to sue us. Because your unsubscribe / blacklist system doesn’t work.

Bug:

automation does not work with Segments.. automation trigger emails to whole list instead of segment list

Issue with Segmentation and Automation “New contact subscribes to mail list”.

i also read some old comment about same issue.. is it fixed or any patches?

Hi Louis, how are you? The product is definitely very cool! I’m sending an email to support as well, but I saw that someone else also sent a similar problem, I have the SAAS version and updated in this last patch, but all emails sent are created by the pro builder or html in simple hand, come everything messed up, it seems that it doesn’t interpret commands like centering, padding, that’s in outlook! When I use Pro Builder, the behavior of outlook is worse, it takes absurdly long to open and is completely unconfigured.

Do you have any tips on how to get it right?
