Hi Is this compatible with WCFM multivendor plugin?
Hello,
The two plugins should work fine alongside each other but there are no special compatibility code to enable advanced functionality.

Hello! i have a presales question, my client has an specific rule that i would like to know if can be done:
- Add 3 or more products to the cart and get the discount price (not a fixed discount or % discount, but the price that is set as “discount price”) on a product. I mean, he wants to be have certain products that, adding 3 or more products other than that one, the client can get that first product with the discount price. The rest of the products in the cart will have the regular price. - Add 1 product of a certain category, and get the discount price on another.
Thanks!
I see in the demo that it is possible only if i create a rule per product, but i havent been able to apply my discount only to 1 product in the cart, not all of them….
Hello,
Thank you for your interest in our WooCommerce extension!
1. Yes, you can set up a discounted price for a product depending on how many products there are in cart in total.
2. Yes, discounted price can be based on specific products that are in cart.
If you need help configuring this, please send us a screenshot of your configuration via our support site https://support.rightpress.net/ and we will do our best to assist you.

Hello, it is compatible with Avada | Website Builder For WordPress & WooCommerce?, thanks.
Hello,
Thank you for your question.
We are not aware of any compatibility issues with this theme. If you run into any problem – please report to us.

Hey, is there a way to check if discount price form product is smaller than discount based on rules form Dynamic Pricing Discounts and if it is not to apply the discount from it (based from regular price) as if in product settings there is 50% discount and based on rules user would get 25% it’s better to keep discounted price from settings.
Hello,
No, this would not be possible at the moment, at least universally for all products. It is possible to create a bunch of pricing rules with different conditions to mimic this behaviour but this would only work for a limited number of products and would be time consuming to set up.
I do think that the functionality that you propose would be a great addition to our plugin. I have added this feature request to our development backlog.
Paul
Great – same think goes about using coupons.
Hello, Pre-sale question: I’m using the plugin “WPC Composite Products for WooCommerce (Premium)”. The link of the plugin is https://wpclever.net/downloads/composite-products/
Can you tell me if your plugin “WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts” is compatible with the composite products plugin?
Hello,
We do not maintain compatibility with this particular plugin but our plugin follows basic rules for WooCommerce extension development and they should at least work fine next to each other. If you expect some “deeper” integration then it depends on what it is exactly – it might work fine or it might not.

Hi,
I have two questions:
1. I want to free 2 gifts and 10$ discount on a product where client purchase. Ex: Buy 1 AirCon free 2 gifts (Gift1 & Gift2) including 10$ discount (Cashback)
2. Can it show a message free gifts below add-to-card in Woocomerce Single product page? Said: Free gifts: Gift1, Gift2, 10$ discount (cashback)
Can your plugin do these two conditions?
Hello,
Thank you for your questions.
1. Yes, you can set discount rules like that. It may require you to create a few separate rules to cover everything but this seems doable.
2. Currently the plugin itself would not automatically display a message like this on the “parent” product, it can only display promotional messages on products that have discounts applicable to them. So the only way to do this right now would be to add this message manually to product content.

Hi, is it possible to add free products (e.g. 4 pieces) after each 32 pieces (32, 64, 96 …) taking into account the purchase history? Example: the customer buys e.g. 30 pieces at the first purchase (no free products). The second time he buys 30 pieces and gets 4 pieces for free. At the third purchase (again 30 pieces) he also gets 4 pieces for free and so on. Thanks!
Hello,
Thank you for your question!
It would be possible to set this up but to combine historically purchased quantities with quantities in current basket you would have to create a huge number of pricing rules – one for each quantity unit (0, 1, 2…) purchased in the past and then configure “buy x get y” logic with corresponding quantities (32, 31, 30…) in each of them. There’s no direct method of combining these at the moment, I’m afraid.
Also, the auto add to cart functionality would not work in this case.

Hi Paul, thanks, would it be possible to customize your plugin this way? Or asked differently: do you offer customization for the plugin?
Hello,
We do not offer paid customization services due to a lack of time/resources but we consider each proposal and end up working on it if we see a benefit for the majority of our users.
This request has been added to our development backlog and we will consider it.
Thanks!

Hi,
Post-sale question: This seem like the plugin I’m looking for. But before purchasing, I’d like to know if this plugin can do the following scenario: For every 6 units add an extra $100
Is that at all possible? Thank you in advance!
Hello,
Yes, the plugin can be used to both decrease and increase prices of products and you can set quantity conditions as well.
Feel free to get back with any questions!

Hi, the new update is great in displaying the regular price and sale price but there is another small bug which will be best if can fix as well.
When a client e.g. from US visit the site the price shows Regular + Sale but when the client changes the currency to something else with the dropdown selector, the regular price does not show, and the sale price is shown in the regular color.
I hope you can help with this. to check, you can try on my website if need be. https://www.starlanka.com/product/aq2245/Hello,
Most probably the display price in this case is overwritten by the multi-currency plugin that you are using which is out of our control.
Paul
Just like others, I also stop seeing discounts and this is, obviously, a major problem that should be fixed ASAP!
Hello,
Thank you for your comment.
In version 2.4.4 we introduced significant performance improvements. The new code had a problem that caused regular price to not be displayed next to a reduced price.
This has been fixed in version 2.4.5 – please update it on your site.
Paul
Yes, it does seem to have improved. I will change my rating but please do take care to create further improvements in speed. That’s key for the success of your plugin, and this has such a huge potential!
Hi, after last update 2.4.4 I don’t see never the regular price and the percentage badge. Can I solve it? Waiting for reply Kind Regards
Hello,
Version 2.4.5 has this issue addressed – please update the plugin on your site.
We had significant performance related improvements in version 2.4.4 but apparently some of the new code caused an issue elsewhere.
Paul
Hello, I couldn’t install the plugin. Every time I upload the zip I got this: The package could not be decompressed. No plugins found. Plugin installation failed. Can you help me?
Hello,
When downloading the plugin from CodeCanyon, be sure to pick the “Installable WordPress file only” option. This will solve the problem.
Paul
is the plugin compatible with Simple Auctions Plugin?
Hello,
Thank you for your question.
If Simple Auctions Plugin does everything in standard WordPress/WooCommerce ways, these two plugins should work fine alongside each other.
There’s no special integration between the two plugins for some advanced functionality if you are asking about that.
Paul
Hi, I just updated the plugin and now the % sign doesn’t appear on product or shop pages so clients can’t see that the product is on sale. How can I fix this? thank you in advance
Hello,
Please update the plugin to version 2.4.5 – it has this problem fixed.
There was a small issue with the code that we introduced in version 2.4.4.
Paul
Hello, I’m using your plugin and I see that the discounts don’t apply to EURO currency and it applies only for RON, which is the default currency. It’s possible that we can apply the discount on both currencies? Waiting for your replay, Thank you!
Hello,
Thank you for your comment.
If you have not done so yet, please get in touch with us via our support site at https://support.rightpress.net/ and we will look into this issue.

Hi, after upgrading to version 2.4.4 I detected a change in behavior in the way prices are displayed, I’m sending a screenshot so you can understand what it is.
https://ibb.co/hYCdQLWWith the new update, clarity was lost when transmitting the discount to the customer, can they return it to the way it was before?
Thank you very much
Hello,
Thank you for your message.
In version 2.4.4 we introduced significant performance improvements. The new code had a problem that caused regular price to not be displayed next to a reduced price.
This has been fixed in version 2.4.5 – please update it on your site.
Paul
Paul, Thank you very much!, now it is working ok
First of all – this a is a good pricing/discounts plugin. people should buy it. But there’s a bug with this plugin. it is on a site that we are administering.
When a discount coupon is applied to the cart total, the percentage checkout fee we’ve added which is based on selected payment method using the checkout fees section, (ie. 1.5% credit card fee) it doesn’t seem to recognise the coupon discount but still applies the fee percentage to the cart based on the pre-discounted amount. Please fix this bug.
You can confirm this on https://heartyfoods.com.au site – Add 14 regular meal and then use the coupon HC30. User still gets charged a cc fee of $2.05 instead of $0.60
Hello,
Thank you for your comment!
This is actually not a bug as in many cases this is a valid behaviour of the plugin. Percentage fees are calculated from cart subtotal before any coupons, i.e. from a total of all cart item prices.
Having said that, we are thinking of adding an option to switch to the subtotal minus coupons behaviour as several clients have already requested this.
Paul
?! how is that not a bug – setting a percentage based upon a cart sub-total has got to bethe common approach to applying percentage discounts to a checkout.
So, at the moment I have no other way of easily adding a percentage fee based upon cart toals to the checkout. I would need to move to a nother pricing & disount plugin.
So when could this be done?
Hello,
This is not a bug in a sense that in some cases this is a desired behaviour.
We do not have a deadline as of now.
Paul
Any chance of compatibility with WooFunnels soon?
Hello,
Thank you for your question.
It depends on what kind of compatibility/integration you are looking for? Our plugin is compatible with most other WooCommerce extensions since it uses standard WooCommerce methods/filters to operate. If you are referring to some specific requirement then it really depends on what it is.
If you are aware of any specific issues, please do let us know about them.
Paul
I am having performance issues with this plugin.
1) It seems to be loaded on every page, even though that is absolute not required. 2) It takes up almost 15% of the resources according to some profilers. Are you planning any future update to improve performance and compatiblity? Right now the performance impact seems to be too significant for this plugin to be worth it.
Hello,
We have just released version 2.4.4 of the plugin which has quite a few (and quite significant) performance improvements.
Please update the plugin on your server and see if it helps.
If there are any issues remaining, please get in touch with us directly and we will look into your case.
Paul
Thank you, that is quite a coincidence. I will definitely have a look and check it out.
I have conflicts with the plugin WooCommerce TM Extra Product Options, I can’t use both together.
Hello,
Thank you for your comment. Unfortunately, this is too little information to tell what could be the problem.
If you have not done so yet, please get in touch with us via our support site https://support.rightpress.net/
If you have submitted a support ticket, we will get back to you shortly.
