Regarding Standard WP Tab, it’s a third party plugin and we are not sure about it’s compatibility. However, we’ve tested it from our side with the ‘WP Tabs’ plugin ‘https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-expand-tabs-free/' and it’s working fine with the latest version of ARForms.

I can not send to you though your support, once I click submit ticket it stuck.(loading icon). I want to do two things:
- Saved values in radio button will not work if I put decimal, if I use decimal values, the filed on email or entries will be empty. - I don’t want saved values to appear on email, only label.
How to fix and do this?

I noticed one issue, on my site I have enabled “SCA Compliant” stripe payment option, and I have also enabled “Confirm before submission” option for a simple form. When user click submit button, user details confirmation page appears before payment, payment popup appears then, now if the user closes the payment popup, the confirm button on the confirmation page keeps on loading and is no longer clickable. User cannot complete submission. please check this issue. I also opened a ticket for this issue.

How do I lengthen the amount of time that the confirmation message is displayed after a user submits form details? Right now it disappears after a couple of seconds—that’s too quick.

Okay, I just opened a support ticket about that.
By the way, there was an issue doing that. It took four attempts to open a support ticket before the new ticket showed up in “View Tickets”. Each of the four times the form showed that it was successfully submitted but the first three attempts did not appear to open a ticket.
regarding ticket opening issue please let me know which browser you had used? so we can investigate further.

From your description, you’re testing the settings on our test-drive and checking the form submission in the preview mode. Please note that preview mode just simulate the process of the form submission and does not submit the form actually and that’s why the SMS are not getting send from the form preview.

Pre Sales question
I have an equestrian centre and I would like a new rider to complete a form to register as a rider, but I want the bottom half of the form to be completed by a member of the staff when they carry out the pre-ride assessment. So its one form in two parts but one the guest can complete part 1 and the manager (staff) can complete part two.
Also a list of the forms in the front end so the manager (staff) can select the guest’s form for completion as sometimes rider register a few days before attending site.

For a multi-step form, is it possible to move on the next step when the user select an option? For example I have a step with radio-buttons (with images). When the user chose the needed option, it should move automatically to the next step.

1. Regarding multi-step, currently, it’s not possible to move the control on the next page when a user select an option.
2. Regarding image, please open a support ticket with details and our support staff will assist you further.
3. Currently, there is no any way available to design the form for the mobile. However, ARForms’ forms are already responsive and mobile friendly. If you need to change the colors or font or any further styling related changes, then you can use custom CSS.
Would be a useful feature if you implement moving to next step when user selects an element. At least for radio elements it’s useless to force the user to click on an additional element while he already selected the needed option.
The conversion rates will be much better. I have installed the plugin on one of my sites and the conversion rates sucks comparing to other tool that I tested previously. I’m now thinking to apply for a refund for this purchase
